Family fun weekend

Our family met for a weekend of fun exploring Ocean Springs. The property was clean and comfortable and well equipped. We had plenty of room for 6 adults. Convenient to historic downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ocean Springs getaway

Very clean and cute house. There was a shortage of forks and owner promptly corrected the problem. Would highly recommend staying here

We loved the house and would definitely stay there again. Very clean and comfortable.

Great experience renting this property. Golf cart was super fu.n as well as the bikes and paddle boards. Loved the house and the location.

Little getaway

The property was nice. Well kept and clean. The property manger responded to every question and/or need. Our only complaints were the grill was broken and the can opener. Which was minor since the property manger replaced the grill in a few hours. We enjoyed our little getaway and definitely recommend it. - 3 adults/ 2 kids

This place was just as it was pictured and advertised. A very clean and comfortable place to stay with numerous available amenities. If you plan a vacation to Ocean Springs, this is a great option to consider.

Close to everything

Place looks just like pictures. We only did breakfast at the house but the kitchen appeared to be pretty well stocked. Less than a mile from downtown and a variety of restruants very close. Would stay here again.

It was too cold for us to rent the golf cart, but it was just as easy to drive to downtown. It was so close to everything. The town is very neat!

CLEAN, COZY, & CONVENIENT

We stayed here for a weekend. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood had sidewalks and we enjoyed walking to the beach. Great location! Although we didn’t have time to use them, we liked the fact that this house came with bikes and a golf cart option. Excellent communication with the property management

The overall property isn't bad but they definitely need to take a day in between checkins to refresh and make sure everything is in working order. When we got to the house the yard was not mowed and there was a large hornet nest near the fire pit. Also we rented this specific house because it was listed with a golf cart available but we found out once we arrived that the golf cart wasn't available. Also there are a few things around the house that need fixed like lamps and such.

Week long stay

We stayed for 1 week with our family of 5. The house was clean and in a nice location. The town of OS was quiet and safe, and close to other day trip locations that we took advantage of. We were surprised to learn from several locals that they do not tend to swim at the beach at Ocean Springs so keep that in mind if traveling with kids.The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family. There were nice touches of hospitality such as coffee and filters, spices, and plenty of linens. The house is nicely decorated but does need some general maintenance in the future in our opinion. Closet doors were broken, a lamp was broken, and carpet had heavy staining, etc. These are normal things for a short term rental, but probably needs some TLC to keep it going in the right direction. It did feel clean, however. The owner gave good info on places to visit in their welcome packet.

The house itself was nice and clean. Great for a family, especially with little kids. Our biggest complaints are that the yard wasn’t mowed, the grass was extremely tall and looked like it hadn’t been mowed in over a week or so. Our kids couldn’t play outside because of it. It was also extremely uncomfortable to walk through to get in and out of the house. The dryer was also not working, we actually called the property manager/handyman about it and he said he would come by and never did/never called back. We had only brought one beach towel/swimsuit for each of us and needed to do laundry after each trip to the beach. Board games were all missing pieces- they definitely need to be replaced. The neighborhood was nice, the neighbors were nice and friendly. We plan to visit ocean springs more! We loved Ocean Springs, just not sure we will stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay.

The manager on a scale of 1-10. Ten being great. I give him a 15. Because his service was off the charts. The property is a little dated, but fairly clean.. The golf cart is a must to all renters. You can go to the beach, downtown area in a jiffy. Best part of rental due to the convenience to everything. Neighbors were very friendly. We would rent again. This was a weekend birthday getaway.

Ok House as advertised, very very clean, nice yard in quiet older neighborhood. Larger bedroom mattress caves in when 2 people are sleeping in it😳. (Looking back previous renter had mentioned)Carpet in the bedrooms has seen better days. Cooktop vent/microwave not working during our stay. 2nd microwave provided on countertop.
