- No boats, trailers, jet skis, golf carts, motorcycles, or oversized/commercial vehicles. No golf carts allowed

- Roofing project is scheduled to start the first week of May 2026 (completion in about a month, weather permitting)

Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay).
