Ruth is a fantastic host and very helpful!! The Villa is completely updated, nice and bright and very clean!! The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. She has beach towels for guests which was very convenient. Can't wait to return next year!!

Construction throughout properties due to water damage from 2024 hurricane. 7 am truck delivering and picking up dumpsters.Only positive from this is few people on private beach.Felt VRBO ad misleading that this property was closer to the beach. No address or property name given until rented.Only one towel rack in each bathroom. Nicely renovated otherwise.

This condo is INCREDIBLE! It's gorgeous, and so clean!! Ruth is a fabulous host. The condo is so close to the beach, just walk a few minutes and you're there. The private beach was not crowded, and the free beach chairs provided at the beach entrance were so convenient. The pool is a very comfortable temperature and very clean. The onsite laundry room was also super clean and the washers and dryers looked brand new. The kids loved having a closet full of sand and beach toys. When we left, the kiddos asked to not only come back to Florida, but to make sure we stay in this exact condo again. It was truly paradise!

Siesta Key Stay

Check in was very easy. The condo was very clean, cute and spacious. Communication with Ruth was quick and helpful via text. The internet connection through Xfinity was in and out and Ruth had Xfinity out ASAP to have it fixed. I love that there wasn’t a whole list of things we needed to do for check out. That process was as simple as could be. Love that there were chairs/loungers available from the complex. The pool was clean and close by too! There were so many beach toys and boogie boards for the kids too. Can’t say enough positive things about this place!

Exceptionally Clean!

This rental property is the cleanest we have ever seen. There wasn’t a speck of dirt anywhere and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with every utensil. A family could need to prepare meals and the bathrooms are well stocked with towels.The short walk to the beach was quiet and peaceful. The private beach doesn’t disappoint and the closet of beach toys was a pleasant surprise.

What an outstanding villa! Perfectly placed to get to the soft sandy beach, and roomy enough for a family of 6. The villa itself is modern and comfortable. Excellent space to stay in if it storms or just to hang out with family and stay cool. The land lord is fantastic and responsive. We have plans to come back next year we loved it so much.

Disappointed

Four of us ladies rented the villa for 7days 6 mon in advance.It all started when we landed,we were told the villa wasn't ready and we would be staying at a hotel for 3 days.Finally got to the villa only to find the plumber installing the hot water heater and shower heads.Then we were greeted by the contractor and Inspector ,their were permits still on the windows,we were told we should not have been there and that it wasn't ready for occupancy.The towel bars weren't even up I asked the contractor to put them up,he did.The host didn't bother to have the villa cleaned before we arrived ,lots of construction dust and we cleaned the toilets ourselves.We had to text the host for more towels and toilet paper along with lysol wipes.The Lanai didnt have a screen door and the Tv didnt come in due to the wifi/ internet not being hooked up.After all of this aggravation, inconvenience and negative time taken off of our vacation the host offered 125.00 each and a gift card to a local restaurant.Not near enough compensation, we should have received a phone call way before the day we arrived for a full refund host being fully aware the rental was not ready.We could have rebooked for next year but that was never offered by the host.Extremely disappointed in the host's professionalism and attitude through out the entire process. staying in a hotel for in a h 3 days.

Absolutely amazing

Words can not describe how awesome this property is. My husband and I stayed here as a belated honeymoon. Very quiet and secluded once you are at your villa. Ruth has everything you could possibly need as far as furnishings! You can tell there is a lot of thought and love out into the property ...very cozy! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk away and there is also a pool that is very well maintained and very clean! All the guests there are extremely nice ...the staff was phenomenal! Daily trash pick up ... They keep the property well maintained as well including landscapers! The cleaning lady was so amazing and friendly ! We can not wait to go back in 2026! We LOVE this place!

Lovely Spot

This vacation rental was perfect for our week away in Siesta Key! We really enjoyed being so close to the private beach which had access to beach chairs right on the beach. Additionally, there were other beach amenities for us to use on the premises as well. The pool was wonderful and the laundry was easily accessible. The trolly stop is located right outside the site and everything was very close. We will definitely be back

Peaceful stay at Casa Blanca

We loved our time staying at this property as it was on the best part of the private beach. Just a short walk away to the soft, powdery sand. The unit was great for our family of 4. There were lots of fun beach toys, umbrella, and chair in the outdoor closet. The owner was quick to respond to any issues that came up and when maintenance came out, they said we had the nicest unit in the complex. There was a miscommunication between the owner and the front desk regarding us dropping off our bags early. The complex wouldn't allow it due to liability. They let us leave it unattended in the rec room though and thankfully we didn't have any issues there. We would definitely rent from here again. And as a total side note: bring a hair mask and detangler as that salt beach water and air will wreak havoc on it.

What a perfect Villa and location. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. So clean and bright. The beds were comfortable and linens were like home - nothing thin and cheap here. We loved the amenities and staff at Casa Blanca. We are already planning next year’s stay!!!

Super experience, at a really nice place. Everything in the description was accurate. Private beach was a bonus on a holiday weekend. Unit has all you need to be comfortable. Owners are very responsive to inquiries. Excellent WiFi. Very quiet place. Staff was personable and efficient. Absolutely would stay, again.

Great stay and can't wait to go back

Loved the house! Perfect with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nicely decorated and plenty of room. Comfy furniture. The screened in patio was perfect for coffee or to sit out when it was rainy. The complex is well cared for and quiet. All the staff very friendly. Just a few steps to a private beach that was clean and lots of room, lots of beach chairs. Can't wait to go back!

We recently moved to beautiful Sarasota from New Jersey. We have owned condos on Siesta Key for 30 years. We currently have two condos on the beach side of Siesta Key. We recently purchased this condo at Casa Blanca and are so excited to start renting. We do not have many reviews because we just started renting , but you are welcome to look at our review of our other condo. It will show you that we are dedicated owners who want to give our guests the best possible experience. We are always available via call, text or email. We are so excited to have our guests enjoy our new Villa at Casa Blanca.
Our other condo is at Crescent Arms, also right on the beach.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When we saw Casa Blanca we loved the location. Convenient to everything Siesta Key has to offer. We also loved the idea of a private home on the beach side. You can park right in front, and in just steps your toes and be in the soft white sand. It is like a private home on the beach. No elevator or stairs, you have a large private screened lanai to enjoy meals, drinks or just read a book. There are beach chairs provided free of charge right on the beach so no need to lug chairs to the beach.

You have your own home, no one above or below you. Easy access all one level and parking is right in front of villa. You have a private lanai and also a private newly brick paver patio to sit and relax. This is your own villa steps to the beach, but your own house not a condo with attached walls and far away parking.
