En el corazón del distrito de SAINT GERMAIN y los muelles del SEINE con una vista excepcional de Pont de PARIS cerca del puente de las artes: El apartamento está ubicado en un edificio de la década de 1930 de alto standing
El apartamento es de muy alto nivel, completamente revové en 2012 con una decoración muy cuidada y un equipo completamente nuevo. El área es de 120 metros cuadrados con una gran sala de estar y dos dormitorios cada una con baño privado.
El apartamento se distribuye por un gran pasillo que hace que cada habitación independientes entre sí. WC está en el pasillo. El otro inodoro está en el baño más grande.
El salón dispone de un período de tres ventanas de doble acristalamiento que enfrenta el Sena con una magnífica vista del Pont Neuf, La Samaritaine y la isla de la ciudad. Usted puede ver la torre del campanario de la Santa Capilla.
Cada habitación tiene su baño en suite, uno con una gran bañera con chorros y otro con ducha a ras de suelo.
Hay 7 camas disponibles: 2 dormitorios: un dormitorio grande con una cama doble 160 * 200 cm y otra habitación con dos camas individuales (2 x 90 x 200 cm) y en el sofá del salón cama para 2 personas y la calidad Hotelliere la posibilidad de añadir una cama individual en un dormitorio o sala de estar.
La cocina es una cocina equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos: lavadora, lavavajillas, hervidor, cafetera, horno eléctrico, microondas.
Equipo con internet ADSL y caja WIFI. Televisión por cable internacional.

Una semana en Paris

Un departamento cómodo para 7 personas, cocina moderna, con todo lo necesario para funcionar en familia, buenas duchas, limpio y por sobre todo muy bien ubicado para ir de turismo a París y ver sus principales atracciones. Metros muy cerca, llegamos del aeropuerto Charles de Gaule directo a estación Saint Michel, que está a dos cuadras. Supermercado a unas 2 y 3 cuadras de distancia, con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Zona con buenos restaurantes. Lo único que puedo comentar para el que no pueda dormir con ruido, es que la calle sobre la que dan los dormitorios tiene tráfico.

Estuvimos en París en febrero, con mi esposo y nuestros cinco hijos. El departamento es exactamente como se muestra en la página, lo recibimos en perfectas condiciones de orden y limpieza. Jean Marie y Genevieve han sido anfitriones de lujo, facilitando nuestra estancia y el contrato, ya que tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con el pago a través de la página. En todo momento se mostraron comprensivos y buscando el modo de solucionar el problema. Respondieron cada consulta de manera inmediata y cordial. Recomiendo vivamente la propiedad. Es un departamento hermoso y con una ubicación excelente, que nos permitió en el poco tiempo que pudimos estar en París- cuatro días-, recorrer los principales atractivos turísticos. La zona en la que se encuentra es preciosa, llena de locales para comer, tomar un café o alguna otra bebida, las famosas pattisseries, supermercados, etc., y a la vez tranquila. Pero lo más lindo del departamento es que tiene vista directa al Sena, y se puede ver desde las habitaciones la torre Eiffel, y desde la cocina y el comedor, el Louvre y Sacre Coeur. Gracias Jean Marie y Genevieve, nos llevamos recuerdos inolvidables de París, y el departamento tuvo mucho que ver en eso!

You open the windows and Paris is in the apartment, the view of the Louvre, the Seine, the boats, Notre Dame, Sacre Couer and of course Eiffle Tour lights! I have visited Paris over the years and this apartment has the best views and location. Cafes, brasseries and Michelin restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment is large and filled with charm, from the elevator to the modern kitchen, this apartment has it all. This apartment is Paris!

Location could not be better!

Location was amazing! We walked to all the major attractions on our list: Louvre, Orsay, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Pompidou, Picasso Museum, Pantheon, and more. The view of river, Louvre and Saint Chapelle (and Notre Dame with a little effort) made time spent in apartment all the more enjoyable. Another comfy chair or two in the main room would have been nice, especially if we had spent any more time in apartment. There is just a couch/sofa bed and one other chair in which to relax in the main room. The linens were adequate, and the beds were comfortable even if showing signs of use. The parents in our group appreciated the smooth elevator while the kids usually opted for the spiral stairs. The noise level was about what we expected, but could be bothersome for lighter sleepers, especially in summer with open windows. There is a supermarket close by as well as many dining choices. We would definitely stay here again if travels bring us back to Paris.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful week here with family of 5. Plenty of room for everybody. The building itself is a historical site with spectacular architecture directly on the Seine. Short walk to top attractions and many wonderful restaurants. Check in easy. Owner is very accommodating- let us check in early to accommodate AM arrival. Will stay here again.

wonderful experience

Excellent apartment

Excellent location. Has all that is needed for ease of daily life. Quiet. Easy to access. I would recommend twin room mattresses be replaced with something more comfortable. I would choose this apartment on another visit

Great location, great apartment

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. We shared our stay with another couple. First of all, the views are fabulous - Notre Dame, Sacre-Coeur, Eiffel Tower, Pont Neuf. The Louvre is directly across the Seine. Great walking distances to many attractions and to public transportation. The apartment is spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen are up to date. We enjoyed the sounds of the city with open windows and quiet when windows were closed. Jean was quick to reply to a small problem that needed attention.

The biggest asset of the property is the location. There were some minor problems with check-in but Jean responded quickly and sorted everything.

You'll feel like a Parisienne!

Everything about this apartment is superb! It is located on the Seine in the 5th arrondissement. From the living room windows you see the Seine, the Louvre and Notre Dame. From the master bedroom and bathroom you see The Eiffel Tower! Very roomy, immaculate apartment with an elevator. The kitchen was fully equipped. The area is full of restaurants, cafes and bars. A walk across the river takes you to the Louvre, Tuileries and Rue de Rivoli. Halfway acaross the bridge is Vedettes Pont Neuf, a river cruise company. I would be hard pressed finding a more desirable location. The apartment does not have air conditioning but that was not a problem while we were there. In very hot weather, I would imagine it would be quite loud with the windows open at night. Jean Faivre was easy to work with and the young man Mamun, who welcomed us was helpful and knowlegeable. There was even coffee and sugar, and seasonings in the cabinets. Great place!

Amazing Paris Location!

The location of this property is amazing, as are the views of the Seine and surrounding area. It was very easy to get out and walk each day to many Paris tourist attractions, croissants (and grocery items) and outstanding dining choices. There is no doubt...location! Location! Location! Our one disappointment would be the seating in the apartment itself. While our days were spent out and about with great relish, it was nice at the end of the day to regale, share stories and wind down. Unfortunately many of the chairs are in poor repair. We rate the apartment very high but would suggest a small investment in upgraded seating. Thank you.

Famous Places, Food, Living Area

Location is near so many famous places and the Seine River. Many restaurants within walking distances along with a produce market. Style of apartment especially the living, kitchen area were fantastic, roomy and loved the large windows that we could open for fresh air.

Excellent location and a great owner. Right on the Seine which is great in itself BUT being able to see the Eiffel Tower twinkling at night from the bedroom and seeing Sacre Coeur from the living room was an added perk. Lot's of effort went into the kitchen and the bath redo Definitely on my revisit list...

Outstanding location in Paris!

Having spent over 30 years renting flats on many visits to Paris, this is the one I would come back to. This is a few blocks away from the Musee d’Orsay, an easy trek over the bridge to Notre Dame, the Louvre and so many other historical and cultural attractions. We strolled over to the Isle St. Louis for and excellent dinner and a concert at St. Chappell one evening. The flat is on the third floor with a lift that delivers you right to your door. This spacious unit is on a building corner that allows lovely breezes and views of the boats on the Seine. The well equipped kitchen is modernized with high end appliances. And the landlord! We could not ask for more! There was a malfunction of the dishwasher, which was promptly repaired, but since there was a tiny delay to get a repairman, the landlord did our dishes (!) though we assured him we were quite capable of doing so. The neighborhood around this St. Germaine location is upscale, with art galleries, grocery markets, and lovely restaurants. I would happily come back to this flat and have heartily recommended it to friends and family.

Wonderful apartment!

This was the perfect apartment for our family of 6. My husband and I, my mom and step father and my two young adult children stayed here. The location is perfect! We were within easy walking distance to the Louvre, Orsay museum, Norte Dame area and many shops and cafes. The apartment is spacious with lots of closets for storage, a great kitchen and amazing views! The beds were all comfortable, the WiFi worked well and Jean Marie was great to work with. The perfect Paris apartment!

The location was fabulous, the apartment well stocked with everything we needed. The only drawback is street noise - even with the windows closed. We dealt with it, but it would not be good for anyone sensitive to a lot of noise.

Great central Paris location, spacious & comfortable apartment, nice owners

The apartment is super conveniently located in Central Paris. The apartment is large - esp. by Parisian standards; both master bedroom and bathroom are spacious, the second bedroom is comfortable for 2 to share, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and has quality appliances for everything you need and the sofa bed is actually quite comfortable. And there’s a washer/dryer so great if you are traveling for a while. The owner was very easy to work with from start to finish. The one drawback is if you need to keep the windows open, street noise is a bit loud - but you will find the same to be true at hotels and many places in Paris. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Excellent Left Bank Location

Jean Marie was a fantastic host. The location of this flat was "as good as it gets" for our group of four.....on the Seine, close to St. Germaine restaurants, Il de la Cite sites, Metro stop (Ponte Neuf and St. Michele,) and proximity to the Louve and d'Orsay. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and new. The elevator was a life saver after walking all day. One thing that can improve, I would say and my only small criticism would be that the single beds could have been firmer. And the bed called a king was closer to what we call a queen in the US. Two other issues mentioned in other reviews: there is construction noise outside, but is easily remedied with earplugs, and going down the stairs was a challenge and a potential slipping hazard, which is a building issue, not a Jean Marie issue. Just take the elevator and all will be good. We had a fantastic vacation and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

Wonderful Paris apartment--Great location and views

We spent 5 nights here with another couple. It was very comfortable, clean and well furnished/equipped. Jean made it easy to check-in and out. The location was terrific with lots of choices of restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance. It is well located for walking to museums, Notre Dame and many other Paris sights. Would highly recommend and we will definitely me back.

Amazing Views Overlooking The Seine

Two of us stayed in Jean's apartment in early January. The apartment is fantastic! The views of the Seine, the Louvre, Pont Neuf from the apartment are breathtaking. Being avid "foodies" and loving to shop the markets and then cooking a meal, the kitchen won't disappoint. It is very well equipped, not to mention beautiful. It is located very conveniently and only a short stroll to Rue de Buci and all of its' restaurants, potisaries, Monoprix and a vegetable market etc... We loved everything about Jean's apartment. We already are planning a return.
