Este hermoso y exclusivo condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños está equipado con todas las comodidades para que se sienta como en casa. Esta es una unidad final del segundo piso con vista a los hoyos 13 y 14 en el campo Myrtlewood Pine Hills. El balcón es espacioso y privado sin edificios de condominios al lado. Unidad final tiene vistas al campo de golf desde cada ventana. Condominio muy abierto, luminoso y relajante para pasar tiempo con amigos y familiares. La unidad duerme 6 con una cama king en las camas master y queen en las otras dos habitaciones. NUEVOS PISOS DE MADERA EN LAS ÁREAS DE VIVIENDA Y COMEDOR. Disponible con internet inalámbrico y cable. Cada habitación tiene su propio televisor de pantalla plana.

Acceso a numerosas piscinas al aire libre, piscina cubierta, centro de recreación y sala de pesas. El centro de recreación también cuenta con barbacoas, mesas de picnic, cornhole y herraduras para reuniones más grandes. Hay barbacoas adicionales ubicadas en cada piscina al aire libre.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, estufa / horno, microondas y triturador de basura. Las vistas del green número 14 están justo afuera de la ventana de la cocina. Hay una lavadora y secadora completa con tabla de planchar y plancha.

El condominio está convenientemente ubicado a solo 17 bypass. ¡El golf está en tu patio trasero! A solo 3 minutos de la playa, tiendas y restaurantes, a 3 minutos del paseo marítimo en la playa, a 5 minutos de los campos del estadio Ripken, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Myrtle Beach, a 10 minutos del centro de Myrtle Beach, a 10-15 minutos de Tanger Outlets y Barefoot Landing .

Family visit

The space was very comfortable with space for everyone. Nicely decorated. Nice view of the golf course. We didn't care for the pans. Everything stuck to them. Loved the choice if coffee makers. Lots of towels!

Great Stay!

Although this location wasn't right on the beach, its a very easy drive with little traffic. Many public access areas with parking close by. Not in the congested area of the beach, we I liked. We did go in September, so it's probably a different story in high season, but still, if you get there early, you have plenty of places to park! Really enjoyed our stay. Good location to Merrill's inlet, and North Myrtle. And plenty of parking! We used the indoor pool the day it rained, which was nice. And great communication with the host. Thank you!!

Perfect for family

We've stayed at this property twice while visiting our son in college. Great location and condo. Golf ⛳ and pools are perfect for adult family. Look forward to future stays.

Great location - price was right

Unit was not very clean, while some updates have been made it is still in need of "TLC" . the furniture is old and torn. Hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful. There was no water pressure in one of the showers. Location is great -- check in was tedious. We were not given any instructions and were later questioned by security guard while at pool because we did not have wristbands. Pools were very nice. In retrospect, I now understand why the pricing was so reasonable. My opinion is that this is a perfect place for male golfers. In spite of these deficiencies had a wonderful time with friends. Deck is great. Close to the beach.

Great Spot

This unit is nestled right off the golf course, so the views from the balcony are fantastic. Our stay was in early October, which made our time on that balcony very relaxing (not too hot). There were two minor repair issues that I made the property owner aware of and the remedied them right away, making for a great getaway. The property looks just as it does in the photos. All in all, I'd do it all over again.

Covid-Free Condo

We decided a vacation was in order with everything going on and this was a perfect spot! The condo is at the end of the units overlooking a gorgeous section of golf course! It was super-clean, quiet and very relaxing! There were a couple of (very) minor things such as a broken chair, but in no way a setback to the property! Jim was quick to address our concerns and gave great check in directions. There was some construction going on with adjacent buildings, but they were very respectful on when the noise started/stopped. We WILL be back!

Relaxing

This unit was very relaxing and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the slide door to make sure it locks.

Great rental

Very nice, had everything we needed for a wonderful family Thanksgiving week together. Loved the golf course view from the balcony. Being an end unit was nice, provided more balcony privacy.

Great location!

We stayed the week for a baseball tournament. It was easy to get to the fields, and easy to get to the beach (just a 10 min drive and good public parking off the beach $2/hr or $10/day). There is also a close grocery and CVS. Rooms are good size. It was nice to have separate bed rooms for our 13 and 15 yr old, a full size washer and dryer, and their own bathroom. TV is good size and the welcome desk has free movie rentals (similar to redbox) during your stay. Pools aren't big, but nice - and nearby one (just a walk across the parking lot) has a full-size grill and eating area overlooking the golf course. Parking is ample and close to the condo. Has a good fridge with filtered water and icemaker, AC and coffeemaker. Facility is very quiet - there were a few families with young kids below us and we never heard them in the condo. It is easy to get to touristy stuff, but you are not in the heart of it - which worked great for us. I would suggest bringing/buying dishwashing liquid, extra toilet paper and a few extra trash bags. Towels are thin hotel-like ones, so if you're picky, bring your own. You will need beach towels. Recommend it for Ripken families - and anyone wanting to enjoy the beach without the 24X7 crowds.

Vacation Stay

Overall this is a lovely property. The check-in process was absolutely horrible. After driving 8 hours from Maryland, we arrived at 4:00pm only to be told we couldn’t check in yet because the property wasn’t ready. We were told we would be called when it was ready and they never did. We had to just drive around for awhile and checked back. We did not get into the property until 6.30 pm. We were tired and basically lost the entire day. However, the villa is very nice and comfortable. Lots of amenities and very clean. There is a squeaky bed in the master bedroom which was a bit annoying when you get in and out of the bed and the sheets were ill-fitting. The indoor pool could use some upgrading and the addition of more chairs. It seemed dated and worn. Other than that, I would recommend the villa and greatly appreciated our time there.

Confusing check in but resolved rather quickly

Checking in was a bit confusing but after a few minutes it was cleared up and were able to begin our golf weekend! Great golf. Great accommodations. Great weekend celebration turning 50!

Jim's Villa was beautifully decorated and had all the needed amenities for our yearly spring break get away. The owner was extremely helpful which made our short trip very memorable. My sisters and I had a relaxing and eventful weekend. Very pleased!

I stayed at Myrtlewoods villas 5/31 thru 6/3. I called on 5/30 to enquire why my final payment wasn't taken out on 5/1 like it was supposed to be but there was a mix up somewhere and taken of so no problem. I requested an early check since I was on the phone with the front desk/check in and at first she stated that the condo wasn't ready but after verifying that there wasn't anyone renting the condo that day and it was empty so there wasn't a problem with me checking in early but upon my arrival around noon I was informed that the condo hadn't been inspected and that I would have to wait until 4pm which is check in time. I informed the receptionist that I had called the day prior and was assured that I would be able to check in early and the person I spoke with remembered me and when I ask if they check/clean the condos upon check out she said they do but I still could not check in. Very poor customer service, especially when I called the day before and you remember my call and you could've insured that someone at least check that condo because you knew that I was coming early. No one at the front desk wear name tags so you can distinguish whos' who and they give an attitude when questioned on policy and chain of command. The condo and property was great and I would recommend it as a place to stay but management need some work/ training on how to be proactive and customer service. Property is not a reflection of my rating, management is the reflection of my rating. t
