Have no complaints about this unit. Exactly as described. You get exactly what you would expect at this price point. The building is dated and the unit does have creaking floors, but that's only a problem if trying not to wake people up while walking at night. Location was great with really nice view of Mt. Crested Butte off the balcony. In a location difficult to find affordable rates, I would recommend this unit.

The property is very close to the ski area and free public transportation is there. We enjoyed our time in Crested Butte and this property was part of that enjoyment.

Incredible views

My family enjoyed staying here. We especially liked the view of Mt Crested Butte from the spacious patio. The accommodations are nice and plenty of space for my family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking basic meals. The base and town bus access is a short 10 minute walk.

Good communication. Close access to the mountain base. Comfortable accommodations.Areas of improvement…snow removal on the hot tub. Only got to use it one evening due to snow coverage. Update the kitchen and bathroom mats. They are looking pretty tired and worn.

Great location for access to Mt CB and area

The property is only a block off Gothic Ave which made accessing areas between Gothic and CB convenient. It was also an easy walk to the base area.

This is a very nice unit in a great location, though it has some issues. We enjoyed the balcony and the view of the mountain it has. The common area is very comfortable with a very nice couch & love seat. The dining table was large and could accommodate many people. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed well apportioned. Check-in was easy. The management company was attentive to any questions we had. That said, there is definite room for improvement with this property. None of the beds are comfortable. After one night, my daughter slept on the couch. The bathrooms are functional with good water pressure, but both toilets are the tiny, round, low type - not comfortable, not nice to use. They’re better suited for a small child. The shower head was low - below 6 feet - so I kept bumping it. A gooseneck or shower wand wound solve this issue. The Formica on the bath vanities needs caulk. In the master, the Formica is separating from the backsplash. The main entry door only has a handle lock, like what a bathroom door would have. There’s no deadbolt. While the area appears very safe, this did not instill confidence. There’s also a 3/4” gap at the top of the entry door. All of these items could be easily addressed by the owner, so I hope by mentioning them they are brought to their attention.

Great olace

Super comfortable, amazing views, clean. The toilets could use updating and the showers were sub par but the overall it was great. Beds were very comfortable.

Perfect for us

In town for a wedding and was well located. Comfortable, clean, and walkable to coffee, ice, etc. Nice balcony with a view of Mt Crested Butte.

Most Excellent Place!

Everything from booking, arrival, and departure was excellent! Great place to stay! Plenty of room. The has kitchen everything you need! Bathrooms are well stocked. Short walk to lifts, rentals, and restaurants. The view from the balcony is incredible! I highly recommend staying here!

Walking distance to lifts, but took the free shuttle after the first walk back with gear. Great view of the mountain.

Fantastic!!

My gal pal and I wanted to come and hike/shop and see the wild flowers. This place was perfect! If we wanted to go downtown we just walked down the hill and grabbed the shuttle. The condo was very clean which is very important to me! So easy to book and check in!!!
