It served its purpose for a place to stay but not cozy. Older home that needs more renovation in our opinion to be a vacation rental. Location is great, close to everything downtown.

Very convenient location, short drive to beaches or NAS Pensacola. Nice view from side deck. Parking is not the best, difficult entry/exit.

Incredibly friendly hosts with great communication. If you have any questions or concerns, they go above and beyond to satisfy. The accessibility is fantastic too. Lyfts to the airport or downtown are about 8 a ride at most. The place is quaint and grows on you very quickly very excited to come back.

This property is perfect for an individual or couple. It is in a great location with a view of the bay! Restaurants and shopping are within minutes and beautiful Pensacola Beach is just across the bridge! You will not regret staying here!

It was so charming and it was the perfect amount of tranquility and peace that I needed. My favorite spot was the giant beanbag chair! Perfect for reading and relaxing. There were several delicious places to eat nearby and it was less than 15mins to Pensacola Beach. My critiques: 1) only whole coffee beans were provided but no coffee grinder. 2) there needs to be a chair on the side porch so you can sit and enjoy the view of the bayou

A beautiful place for walks along the water & by lovely homes. It is right off Bayou Blvd & Cervantes Street making it so easy to go everywhere in Pensacola. My host, Cynthia went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market & rentals in the area & even leaves copies of her books on the subject in the bookcase. I wanted to stay forever even though it’s a small house!

Great place for the Summer time.

It was a perfect lil beach Cute cottage, think it use a few updates with furniture. Futon was a little rough. Unfortunately we there in January and they had a cold spell in fl. The heaters worked in the rooms they were in. It was chilly at night. Could of used extra blankets.Probably would consider staying in spring and summer again . Great location and communication great!

Great for short-term business stay

I recently moved away from the area but needed a place to stay while in town on business. This property was super convenient to everywhere I might need to go and would also be a great location for a vacation rental. I had never reserved through Vrbo before but the whole process was very easy and, even though I didn’t require reaching out to the host, I felt that I could with any problem that could’ve come up. Would stay here or in its neighboring unit again.

My elderly in-laws came to visit. Lookimg for a VRBO for them was daunting, but this place was perfect! Minimal stairs, clean, safe, accomodating, just perfect! And the inside was so cute! Reminded me of places i lived in college. Just adorable! I highly recommended!!!

Nice Little Bungalow, Close to Pensacola Beach

We stayed at Pineapple Paradise for a short beach trip. It is in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants and stores a short (driving) trip away, and the bridge to the beach is extremely easy to access from the property. The house was not fancey but was clean and everything worked, although there needs to be another AC for the main room or a fan to circulate. For the price it's great. The owner/agent was polite and immediately responsive to messages.
