PLAZA 603 9800 Coastal Hwy. NON SMOKING - NO PETS. Direct Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. New Owner with Long & Foster! This adorable, well-placed condo has it all - beautiful hardwood floors, updated kitchen with gorgeous countertops, updated bathrooms - both have full tubs and safety bars for stability in getting in and out of the tub. The ocean view living room has plenty of space for TV time or curling up with a good book on a rainy day. You can take your coffee or last glass of wine out on the balcony with plenty of seating and a table for snacks! The dining room seats six comfortably. Both spacious bedrooms have carpet and you will love the six-panel doors on the closets. If you are looking for a vacation condo that is not too high in the building but far enough up to see perfect views of the ocean, this is the one you want! Condo includes central air, a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, drip and Keurig coffee makers, blender, 3 TVs, 3 DVD players. Stack washer and dryer are in the condo.
