Featuring a beautiful balcony with a great view of the ocean and easily accessible from the living area. The condo has just what you need including a comfortable living area with TV and wifi, a fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Accommodating up to six guests, the 1st bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has two single bed and the living area has a queen sleep sofa. Hawaiian Village boasts both an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and an outside shower. Please note** Please note** The hot tub is and will be closed until repairs are completed. The indoor pool will shut down 10/26 for repairs.. The building is close to many restaurants both in North Ocean City and Fenwick Island (which is also great for shopping); Northside Park is only 12 blocks away. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday-Saturday.
