La habitación familiar tiene sofá cama. Las comodidades son, de lejos, las mejores en una instalación en OC. Gran complejo con acceso directo a la playa, duchas exteriores, piscinas cubiertas / descubiertas, piscina para niños, gimnasio, sauna, canchas de tenis y baloncesto, cancha de voleibol, área de juegos para niños, sala de juegos con mesas de billar, cine privado y tienda de pizza / delicatessen. Beautiful & great location

This was our 2nd year staying here. We visit OC annually and have for years. We absolutely loved this condo as it had enough space for the 4 of us. The condo is always clean and chatting with Christina is always a pleasure. The amenities are fantastic if you have children and the view from the condo is great. The condo is renovated and very nice and upscale.

SeaWatch is amazing

We have been staying at SeaWatch for 25 years. Love the new renovations of some of the units. This unit was wonderful, updated and clean. The owner is very quick to respond and great to deal with. What a wonderful week.

Love the view!

Great place to stay for a beach vacation. Convenient access to the beach. Pools and playground were a hit with the 2 yr old and his parents. Having building amenities (food, pools, playground) on site was a plus. Enjoyed our week!

Ocean City Vacation - from New Jersey

What an awesome week. The place was better than advertised and we had high expectations going in. Christina is great to work with for any questions. The fact that our kids (19 and 16) had their own rooms was a huge bonus. All around great vacation for us with wonderful views from this lovely vacation home.

Awesome Condo!

This condo was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. Recently remodeled and they spared no expense. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with pots, pans, matching dishes, mugs, glasses etc and the appliances were top of the line. Christina was also great to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiry. Great place!

Beautiful & great owners

This condo did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family. The 3 bedrooms is wonderful with allowing our boys to each have their own room. The renovations to this unit are high end and great quality. We had easy & friendly contact with the owners while on vacay and they are very great to work with. We will be back as we vacation every year to OC but we will back to this unit. The boys also loved the basketball courts and beach volleyball on site. Many amenities like a resort would have.

Great Place

We really enjoyed the place. The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment was well suited for our family giving everyone ample space to themselves. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the unit itself, but this building has a culture of setting-up on the beach super early and not actually coming out until mid-day. We had a hard time finding a spot where we could see our kids in the water. The worst part was that most people were just showing up as we were leaving to go in for lunch and kid naps mid-day.

Great Condo

My family and I take a vacation to OC every summer ! This past week we stayed at the SeaWatch resort ! We’ve been to OC a ton of times but would have to say that this was by far our best stay! Our condo was very clean and well kept ! It was full of great working appliances as well and a full equipped kitchen! We had 4 adults and 2 children and the condo was perfect for all 6 of us ! The owner Christina is amazing ! She made sure everything was perfect for our stay , also making sure the condo has everything we needed to make our vacation amazing ! She is very kind and also very responsive to any questions you may have ! The condo is beautiful ! My family and I would absolutely stay here again . Sea Watch also has a ton of great amenities! On the rainy days that we had we took our children to the movie theatre, and game room! It also has a great play ground , tennis courts , indoor pool, outdoor pool, and a kiddie pool my little ones loved! We never got bored and has the absolute best time ! Also love that it’s right on the beach, nothing like waking up and being able to see the ocean out your window !! Would absolutely recommend !

Beautiful views

This unit was easy to rent. I booked on-line overnight and the owner was very responsive. The unit was in excellent condition. The condo has 3 bedrooms each with a TV and remote. It has 2 very nice baths, a very nice kitchen with Samsung appliances and a separate laundry/storage room with an LG stacked washer/dryer. The kitchen was the best stocked that I’ve seen in a rental with dishes, pots/pans and utensils. We dined on the balcony most nights with a view of the ocean and The bay at the same time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This particular room was one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed in Ocean City Maryland. We’ve been going there for a very long time and really loved this place! Everything was literally brand new and we love the style and cleanliness. We had a couple of damages and the owner Christina was great taking care of it all. Hopefully we can get this room again

Beautiful condo.... can't beat the location or convenience

My husband, young son, and I stayed at this condo right after labor day and it was perfect. The condo had been recently redone and they did an amazing job. We were looking for a couple of quiet days at the beach while the weather was still warm and that is what we got. We were able to eat dinner out on the balcony overlooking the ocean and spend time at the pool and playground, but being right on the ocean was the best part. So so so easy. It was about as stress free as it could get. Plus there is a rite aide literally across the street if you forget anything and a grocery store right down the road. Chrissy was quick to respond and made the whole process very easy on us.

Absolutely Gorgeous Condo!!!

My family and I spent the past week in this condo, and I have to say that we were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations. The owners truly made an investment in this property; it is easily one of the nicest condos within the association. The little details throughout the condo were five star, the view from the balcony was five star, and the amenities and staff were five star. The condo is spacious enough for a family of 5+, and equipped with what appeared to be all new appliances. Christina was great with communication and you can tell that she cares about the property (which I can appreciate). If you are looking for top quality accommodations and want to stay at what is essentially a beachfront resort, then stay here. My family and I already plan to return in the near future!

Great condo, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch Condos. Owner: I didn’t speak much to the owner, everything was pretty straightforward so there wasn’t much need to engage very often. However, the questions I did ask her were answered VERY quickly and throughly. Unit: I think I saw the unit is 900ish square feet so it is a little small but it’s recently renovated and the furnishings/decorations look great and with two adults and two adolescent kids it never really felt cramped. I think having the third bedroom and nice size patio makes it feel a bit bigger than it is? It is on the 14th floor, so I could see how some might be a bit squeamish on the patio but to me the height was a positive with the views. A few times we saw dolphins swim by while sitting on the patio. Sea Watch Property: The whole property seemed fairly well maintained. Security as soon as you pull in. Two pools, including one indoor. Tennis courts and basketball hoop were in good shape. I wish a little more communication was given as to amenities/rules for the property overall. For example, there is a locked bike room I didn’t know about until I asked. You can borrow tennis equipment if you ask at security which again I didn’t know until I asked. I wasn’t sure how the movie theater worked (we never used it but I wouldn’t have known how to get tickets). I was handed a flier by security upon checking in, but a little more details around these things could have helped. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised to find those things, I only wish they advertised them a bit more. Location: Awesome! Go to the patio and one side you see a nice relaxing beach/ocean view. Look to the other side and you see the front of the property and the main street which has within walking distance: Restaurants, ice cream, donuts, shopping, a little mall, beer/wine stores, etc. Pretty much anything you might need is right across the street. More than one evening we snuck over to a neighboring hotel property that had an outdoor bar for a drink. Bottom line: If you are looking in this area, I would recommend Sea Watch…and highly recommend this specific unit. Note: Many units are individually owned so your experience may not be the same in a different unit at the same property but this unit with this owner was great and I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Nice Condo with great views.

This unit had one of the nicest views along with many upgrades and was fully stocked with supplies. The only downside was the two showers, not ideal when traveling with small children, would like to have had access to a bathtub. Overall - I would not hesitate to rent this unit again in future.
