The first floor of this home features a spacious living room, kitchen equipped with everything you may need for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and a dining room to catch up on the days events together. Also on the first floor, you will find a mud room perfect for gear storage, bedroom with a queen and two twin beds, and a bathroom with radiant heated tile floors. Venture upstairs and find a cozy sitting room with lots of games, and 2 bedrooms which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Relax and unwind in the hot tub after a day exploring the area. The Sunday River Retreat has everything you could need to have the perfect stay in the Mountain of Western Maine.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.

Outdoor Grill
The property is equipped with an outdoor grill and a propane tank is provided. If the tank needs to be refilled or exchanged during a stay, propane can be swapped out at a local convenience store in Bethel village.
