Pelican Reef 703 Beachfront Penthouse with Ocean and Sunset Views

This beachfront penthouse located on the 7th and 8th floor offer breathtaking ocean views from all the living areas, bedrooms, and terraces. Enjoy amazing sunset views while using the grill on your own private terrace!

This luxurious unit has granite countertops in both kitchens and bathrooms, fine decor, and outstanding amenities. The first level has the living room with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen, one bedroom with king-size bed, one full bathroom, laundry, and balcony. You can get to the second level through the spiral staircase or through the elevator also. The master bedroom occupies the second level, providing lots of privacy and space. There is another full bathroom and a kitchenette upstairs. The best part of this unit is the terrace where you can enjoy your meals, use the BBQ, sunbathe, read a book, and of course, drink a cocktail with the best view! There is beach access on the side, communal swimming pool facilities, and gazebos.

Corcega Beach is known for its calmness. You can snorkel here too!

A rental car is highly recommended.

Excellent view and a great place to stay! They had all the amenities we needed for our family trip. The beach was very nice and secluded. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful condo in a stunning location. Fully furnished kitchen downstairs and bonus kitchen with grill on second floor balcony. Loved having a fridge on the second floor as well. Everything was very nicely furnished. Bedrooms were quite lovely with very comfortable beds (something I really appreciated). Plenty of bath towels and beach towels and very nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. Couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to stay!

Paradise! We loved our time at Pelican Reef. Waking to the roosters! The views were heavenly! The private beach was a perfect escape. The pools were beautiful and a lovely place to relax. We found the balconies over looking the ocean to be a great place to commune, read and share meals. Grilling out was awesome. The home offered room to spread out, privacy as desired and the kitchen was well stocked. Chairs and beach towels were a nice bonus. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed being out of the town with some secludsion-although the town is an easy drive for groceries, nice restaurants, a lively environment, and surfing. We would definitely recommend this place for rest, relaxation and enjoying the island life. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and responsive.

Wonderful stay, at a compact resort. The double unit is outstanding. The views are tremendous. The sunsets were fabulous. We saw a whale one morning. Three designated parking spots is terrific. The grounds are nice, but very compact. It's nice to have direct access to a beach. The beach is small but never crowded. Beautiful sandy beach. The neighborhood is safe, but rundown with collapsed homes from hurricanes and neglect. Very close to some great restaurants. A car is required. Nothing within walking distance. The unit was clean, but could have been cleaner. Plenty of furniture, but older and stained from use. The beds were very comfortable and newer. Everything that you need is provided to enjoy the beach and pool. Our host answered our questions quickly and resolved the few issues that we had. We met other very nice couples who have stayed at this resort multiple times. We would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Pelican Reef Stay

We had a great time in Rincon and enjoyed the penthouse! Location was a quick drive to downtown with amazing ocean views and 2 patios to enjoy! It was hot out, but the A/C worked great, the furniture and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Rincon

Beautiful location, close to several restaurants and shopping. Nice pools and beach area. Great layout of condo. Everything worked as expected. Questions were answered in a timely manner. Would suggest staying at this location. Also would definitely consider staying again if we get a chance to go to PR again!

Great Stay

Spacious property great for our family’s first visit to the Rincón area. Property manager was responsive with any questions or issues. Nice pool area with access to a small, calm beach where you can snorkel. Amazing sunset and ocean views. Access to the unit’s entrance was a bit tricky to figure out but did so by trial and error. Overall good value for a cool location when traveling with family or group.

Relaxing Rincon Vacation Spot

Fantastic place for two couples to stay! Both upstairs and downstairs have full amenities in which couples can maintain their privacy if they like although does have a grand balcony upstairs that is nice for sitting together, eating dinner, and looking at the views. Loved having the pool and the beach within one to two minute walk of our room! Location was also very close in proximity to the grocery store and downtown Rincon, but better yet to Steps Beach and also Domes Beach! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful views!

We loved sitting out on the deck and taking in the beautiful views from this condo. The beds were very comfortable, but the unit could use some updates. The location was safe and quiet. We fell in love with Rincon for its friendly laidback vibe, delicious food and breathtaking beaches and sunsets.

We have been to Puerto Rico 12 times and this is the best condo we have stayed in! We were there for two weeks with no issues. Great views, amazing balconies, great beds and high quality furniture. Tastefully decorated, fully-stocked. Security is great, easy to get in and out, great location, sunbathing choices on beach, at pool, or your private balcony. The two levels make it ideal for two couples also. We will not stay anywhere else.
