The Space:
Blue Water View is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy our beautiful island. Situated in front of Balneario Beach and with direct beach access. This cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom garden apartment offers a kitchen, living area with cable TV, and a small garden-level terrace overlooking the ocean views. Features a Master bedroom with a queen bed, and a 2nd bedroom with another queen bed. The apartment is located in Rincon, which is renowned across the island for its wide array of restaurants and gorgeous sunsets. The apartment complex has a pool and the rental includes 1 parking spot. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
LIVING AREA
Enter Blue Water View to an open-concept living area with the kitchen to your right, with a 2-person kitchen counter. The living area has air conditioning to keep things nice and cool. Past the living area, you have a cozy balcony with side views of the mangroves and the ocean. This garden-level apartment is steps from the beach and communal pool.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
There are two bedrooms at Blue Water View . The master bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have closets, 2 nightstands, blackout window treatments, and air conditioning.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHEN
Blue Water View has a comfortable size kitchen that is completely equipped for an extended stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, and toaster.
The kitchen also has a two-in-one washer/dryer for your convenience!
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
Renting a car is a must when staying in Rincón. There are many activities within 15 minutes of driving distance and the roads are easy to navigate.
The villa includes one (1) unassigned parking spot.
LOCATION
There are many things to do in Rincón, Puerto Rico. This part of the island is best known as "The town of beautiful sunsets." Staying at Rincón you will enjoy a laid-back atmosphere, delicious restaurants, and great surfing beaches. Here are some of our favorite things to do:
Explore the large selection of local restaurants. Some of our favorites include The English Rose, La Cambija, Carta Buena, Kaplash, El Tamboo Beside the Point, The Beach House, and La Copa Llena. Check out a new restaurant called La Serina, a great Tiki bar and sushi bar located downtown.
Relax at the Balneario de Rincon and enjoy some refreshing pool time at the communal pool.
Enjoy a beautiful sunset dinner at La Copa Llena.
Visit the local beaches like Steps, Maria's Beach, Sandy Beach, Domes Beach, and Corcega.
Take a picture of the beautiful "El Faro Lighthouse" at Punta Higuero.
Watch an afternoon of surfing at Marías Beach and stop for a drink at the Calypso Bar which is right by the beach.
Take a paddle-board tour with the folks at Rincon Paddle Boards.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
- A small amount of laundry detergent
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

Starting 5 days before arrival, your designated Property Manager will also be available to answer any additional questions you may have prior to arrival. You’ll get all the essential property information 48 hours before arrival, as well as the Property Manager’s direct contact, so you’ll have support when you need it - before, during, and after your stay.
