Ocean front pool club with outdoor tiki bar open Memorial Day til Labor Day.
All bedrooms with Hulu TV and full bath.

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

PLEASE NOTE COMMUNITY POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY.

It's just about 150 yards from the pool (not heated) that is open Memorial Day until the weekend after Labor Day with outdoor tiki bar with fantastic ocean views!

The elevator leads to all 4 bedrooms that have their own bathroom and TV. The first bedroom has a king and a whirlpool tub with an ocean view from the bathroom. The second has a king bed and a mini fridge. The third has 2 full beds, perfect for the kids, with an ocean view. The fourth has a queen bed with a walkout porch with ocean view. All bedrooms have Hulu TV and WiFi.

The kitchen is fully stocked, just bring paper products, although many are left behind and you are welcome to use them. The full-size washer and dryer are perfect to wash those sandy towels!

We allow access the storage space under the condo, we even provide beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, sand toys, and balls so you don't have to bring them but please don't take them. The back porch, with the beautiful view and afternoon shade will accommodate all guests comfortably too!

Great place to stay

We had a great time at Sea La Vie, clean, fairly close walk to the beach for our family. Condo had all the amenities we needed. Cliff was great at communicating.

Nice quiet location with short walk to beach

We visit in the quiet time of February for a Winter Getaway weekend and really liked the location and the very nice accommodations. Great view of the Ocean from the balcony and a number of rooms in the condo.

Family beach trip

My kids and grandkids enjoyed being within such a short walk to the beach. The condo was spacious and allowed for sone great family time. Would definitely recommend this to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was 5 minute walk to the beach right across the road.

The condo was comfortable and the accommodations were great for 4 ladies with our own room and bathroom. We would add another frying pan. It would be nice if the windows were cleaned so you can enjoy the ocean view without opening the door.

Great place for a long weekend. Comfortable beds, well furnished, convenient to beach. Parking is fine but you have to move vehicles around some. Just the nature of the parking which isn't uncommon at a beach house or condo. Only suggestion is to add youtube tv app to TV in living room. Rental agent communicated regularly and was very responsive!

Sealavie is a fantastic place

This unit is very well appointed, in a great location, and beautifully designed. The beds were super comfy, the unit seems very large, and the view is excellent. The elevator helped us with our older family members and was much appreciated. Communication from the manager was top notch- overall it was a great experience, highly recommend!

Nice condo

Very nice clean bright condo with great views and easy walk to the beach. The 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms were well situated. A few things needed updating like the dishwasher and some non working outlets but overall very well done. Wonderful communication with owner.

Great Place!

This is a great location! The unit has a nice, large deck to hang out on. The bedrooms are a nice size and each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a very short walk to the beach. It was nice that this place gave access to the outdoor storage unit, which- included umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, pickleball paddles, bocce and plenty of sand toys. Cliff was great to work with - very responsive - and even got to check-in a little early since the place was ready.

Beautiful Ocean View but Issues

The location and view of the ocean was wonderful. We had an issue with a strong mold and mildew smell from one of the King bedrooms, which was unfortunate because it made one of our party ill and they had to swap with another in the party willing to sleep in the room. We were disappointed that there wasn't any basic seasonings for cooking - not even salt & pepper. There was not (1) dishwasher pod or dishwasher detergent, hand soap, or partial toilet rolls. Over the decades we have been renting on Ocean Isle Beach we have grown to expect a few basic items in the rental. We also were not able to get into the rental upon arrival due to locking system malfunction. Cliff was responsive, but unfortunately we had groceries and an elderly family member withering in the sun for way too long. Would have liked to like this rental, but we need all bedrooms and bathrooms to be usable and comfortable.

Family vacation 2022

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo is nice . Kitchen does need some new pans to cook with. Good location to beach. A little hike to pool. Pool manager was rude . She didn't want us there . She told us pool was closed for season. She did let us use pool two days, not Saturday due to wedding. I understand that reason. The restrooms were closed at pool. Overall a really nice place to visit. Cliff is a wonderful host. Thank you.

Amazing Family Vacation

Our family had a great time at “Sea La Vie”! The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. We had 10 people and had plenty of room for everyone. The view of the ocean is wonderful! The host was always quick to answer any questions we had. We hope to return soon.
