Si la ubicación es clave, ¡esta es la casa de playa para ti! Ubicada estratégicamente en el lado 'matutino' de un canal de aguas profundas, con una caminata corta de 150 yardas hacia el océano en una calle de acceso directo, esta casa tiene un lugar preferido.

Plano de planta de cuatro habitaciones (2 arriba y 2 abajo, y un altillo para dormir), con tres baños completos y una sala de estar abierta en el nivel principal, tiene capacidad para hasta 10 personas. Amplio espacio de vida al aire libre fuera del nivel principal: un porche con asientos cómodos, una gran terraza con vista al agua, un porche cubierto con bancos. Ducha exterior y patio a nivel del suelo con hamaca y parrilla de carbón debajo de la casa. Disfrute el uso de un carrito de golf durante su estadía. La cocina totalmente equipada satisfará sus necesidades con mesa de comedor para ocho y barra de desayuno para cuatro.

Disfrute del uso de un muelle privado para nadar, jugar o atracar su barco. Fácil acceso en aguas profundas al Canal Intracostero.

Wi-Fi gratis, 3 TV por cable y reproductores de DVD disponibles. Disfrute de los mares tranquilos y la brisa costera de Ocean Isle Beach en esta maravillosa ubicación.

We had so much fun on the canal and it was awesome that the owners let us use their kayaks. The house was super clean when we arrived and I loved the decor. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. We would book this house again!

Great house…

The house was in the perfect location! Had everything we needed. But, we would have loved a regular gas grill. The charcoal grill took too long and we ended up renting a gas grill. The house also did not include beach chairs, which was a first for us. Every beach house we’ve ever rented included beach chairs. (We rented those as well)We didn’t mind bringing our own linens, but their were not even bath mats… we bought some for the house!

Wonderful getaway

This is the second year my family has stayed in this house. We absolutely love the house and the location. We bring our boat so staying on the canal is important to us. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. This is a wonderful place to rent for vacation!

We have been coming to this same beach house now for several years and plan to come again. The owners are great and responsive; house is very nice and spacious. Canal to fish with the kids and golf cart is a really nice amenity. Proximity to beach is great!

We were really happy with the house and location. The driveway had plenty of space for trucks and the boat trailer. The house is pretty, and has plenty of comfortable furniture. We loved the screened in porch! We also enjoyed grilling dinner and eating at the picnic table. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was in good condition. Our only complaint was that the bed in the bedroom near the kitchen is very firm, and was not comfortable for us. People staying in the other rooms didn't have complaints though. There aren't any beach chairs, so you will need to rent or bring some. The beach access is only about a block away. Really nice floating dock for the boat. Very easy access to the ICW, and we were able to take a short boat ride to lunch at Inlet View, which was fun. Overall, we highly recommend!!

Perfect Location

This house was very cozy and the perfect size for our family. The rooms and bed sizes were set up to accommodate our needs. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were large. The kitchen was a great size with lots of kitchenware. Direct beach access with a very short walk to the beach. Well kept dock with bench. The property was very clean. The outdoor spaces had plenty of seating. There was more than enough parking for all of us.

Beautiful week

This was a great house. Clean and well stocked. The screen porch is a great addition when the sun gets too hot. Golf cart was delightful to have as we had family in two other houses so we could just ride to them quickly without getting in the car.

Family Vacation

Enjoyed a great week at OIB in this wonderful house. Dave and Cynthia have thought of everything you could ever need. I have never stayed in a rental with so much kitchen supplies. Everything from the location to amenities was perfect. Our boat was at our fingertips all week and we enjoyed fishing from the dock. The kayaks and golf cart was a great added bonus. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful Canal Home

We absolutely love this home on the canal & the town of Ocean Isle Beach! The house is so roomy & comfortable. More than enough seating & comfortable beds for our party of 6. Although some of the living room furniture is getting worn. Still very comfortable. We had coffee on the front porch every morning, except for the morning we rode our rented bikes to Drift(a very nice coffee shop with outdoor seating) & had coffee on their deck. There is also a wine & craft beer shop right next door. We also spent many evenings on the back deck. Having a dock on the canal was also a nice feature. Talked to many of the other families that were renting & homeowners near us while my husband sat on the dock & I floated in the canal. It was fun watching all the fish jump as well. We also encountered a heron sitting on the dock when we came up from the beach one day. The walk to the beach is very short, as the public beach access is right down Leland St. The golf cart was an added bonus. It was so convenient to have that to get all our chairs, coolers, beach bags & what not to the beach without having to make several trips carrying all of our belongings. We grilled out one evening on the charcoal grill that is provided & loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after being at the beach. I reccommend trying the Sugar Shack. It's a small, local Jamaican Restaurant right across from Lowe's Foods. Their coconut shrimp is amazing! And you get a lot. We ate there twice. Very good jerk as well. Dave And Cynthia are very easy to work with. This is a great home & plan to rent again.

Summer Family Vacation

The property was as it was listed online. The space worked well for our family of nine. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The golf cart and kayaks were definite perks our family enjoyed. The only negatives that could use attention were the shower doors in the canal side master bath, the ice maker slowly makes ice, and the dryer drys very slowly.

Great time!

We had a great time at OIB in this house! Two families with two young kids each and we had plenty of space, plenty of amenities, and would definitely rent here again. There was one small unavoidable maintenance issue (due to the weather), but the owners and maintenance company were very responsive and helpful.
