The Space
Condo. Pool is directly in front of the unit. Private beach access with pool on the beach.

Recently Renovated!! NEW linens, mattresses, pillows, blankets, and decor are just a few of the newly updated items that await you.

One of the most re-visited complexes in Ocean Isle Beach, Starboard by the Sea features three outdoor pools (one oceanfront), three tennis courts, tidal canoe docks, and grilling areas. Private beach access makes hitting the sand a breeze!

House Rules
- All guests must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 8 Person Max
- 2 Vehicle Max
- Message us before booking if you have more than 6 people
- No Elevator Access
- No Pets, you will be charged $500 per pet if you bring a pet
- We provide a start of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- Do not lean or hang on railings
- No Smoking whatsoever
- No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per hour.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

Clean space, excellent communication!

Stayed here in July 2025 with my family and the stay was excellent. Condo was super convenient, clean and looks just like the photos. Communication with owners was amazing, always answering within minutes. Would absolutely rent again.

Great space close to the beach

Loved our stay! This is a nice Place to stay close to the beach. Short east walk. Space is clean a great for a family to stay in. Also enjoyed use of the community pool!

Wonderful property

This condo was perfect for our friends and family getaway to the beach. The location was just what we needed. One of the pools was right out front along with the tennis courts. I would stay here again next time we are in town.

Good place to stay

This condo was great for myself and 3 friends. We had a great time even though it rained most of the time we were there. We spent a lot of our time in the condo and it was perfect! Hopefully we get to come back and stay!

We had a wonderful visit! I loved OIB. I definitely recommend. I do recommend (if you’re up to it) renting a golf cart. Looked like lots of fun and an easy way to run to a restaurant or for coffee. I don’t know the rules about that but worth looking into.

Amazing condo

This place is amazing! Right by the pool where you can see the pool from the balcony. Stocked with all the kitchen utensils you should need! Also stocked with beach items that we didn’t know til we got there so it did make things much smoother! Short, easy walk right to the ocean and an additional pool to over look the ocean. Nice relaxing area that wasn’t too crowded. Loved every min of our stay and will definitely rebook this property!

OIB Family Vacation

Very nice property! My husband, adult son and I spent 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. Check in and out were very easy. Very clean, comfortable and quiet! The beach was a short walk and the pool was just outside our unit! Parking for 2 cars was great too!

Check in process was very smooth. The unit is equipped with everything you need including a nice assortment of quality dishwater and the storage unit has everything you would need for the beach including beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella etc. There was a brand new refrigerator delivered the morning we checked in which was nice. The dishwasher was having a little issue but we notified the owners and they said they would definitely look into it. Having the pool was really nice along with private beach access. We would stay again,

Perfect!

As extended family attending a destination wedding on the beach, this was the perfect location. We were 3 blocks away from the wedding venue and were able to easily walk to all the events. This unit was lovely with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. We highly recommend this condo for your stay in Ocean Isle Beach!

As advertised

Cute, updated with modern decor, functioning and clean property as described. Considering it's behind the 2nd row, it's really a very quick walk to the beach. All instructions were clear and communication with owners was easy and fast. Great property.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful visit. This condo is perfect. So many accommodations for your stay. The condo is neat and clean. Beautiful views from the front and back deck and very short walk to the beach. Starboard By The Sea property is very well kept. The chairs and beach wagons were a huge plus as well. Property managers checked in via email to make sure we had all we needed. Definitely will return to this condo. Thank you so much for a beautiful place for our family vacation. The Smith Family

We enjoyed our stay. Loved having the pool right across from us. The communication was excellent. We were having trouble with a TV. I messaged the owners and they FaceTimed me, to walk me through it. They were attending a wedding in CO and took the time to step away to help. Only concern we had was the unit was dusty and a few of the wash clothes were stained. Nothing big!!
