Located on the 14th floor, our sun drenched unit is the perfect place to enjoy the Gold Coast. Ideally nestled between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, the spacious 2 bedroom apartment ticks all the boxes for your perfect holiday escape. Close to all public transport, local attractions and the corner shop is right across the road. Only 300m to the beach. I would love to host you in my apartment! LOUNGE ROOM - has views from every window of the beach and river. Smart TV so you get a whole lot more channels and access to Netflix, Stan, Disney & Prime. Also has an air conditioner for your comfort in the Queensland heat. We have a Queen size pull out lounge. DESIGNER KITCHEN - this is the centre piece of the unit with all appliances and fully self-contained. Has an abundance of amazing views, natural light and great breezes. MAIN BEDROOM - has a King bed with access to the balcony and ensuite with ocean and river views. BEDROOM 2 - has a King bed with views to the ocean. BATHROOM 1 - has a separate bath, shower and toilet. BATHROOM 2 - has a shower, toilet (ensuite) LAUNDRY - automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities are supplied. BALCONY - has an outdoor lounge setting for those balmy nights you want to eat outside The unit is great for families/groups, singles, couples and business travelers.

LOCATION Located 5 minute walk to Cavill Avenue, the heart of Surfers for shopping and restaurants or Broadbeach is just a short stroll the other way. Just a couple of tram stops away to Jupiter's Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre and Pacific Fair.
ATTRACTIONS Surfers Paradise has everything to offer - theme parks including Sea World, Dream World, Wet & Wild and Warner Bros. Studios. Sensational wine bars, dining, entertainment and Casino with live shows. It also offers pure relaxation, exploring the Hinterland, water sports such as sailing, surfing, parasailing and jet skiing.
As much as we are in the Silverton building, this is not a serviced apartment. This is a privately owned STR. We pride ourselves on being personable and accommodating as much as possible. There is a security camera over the entrance. I have updated a number of items in the unit since the photos, therefore some furnishings have changed since the photos. For the home owners security, only guests who are booked are allowed access to the property. There is a fee if additional people are evident. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. You will be required to upload your ID and a selfie holding your ID to verify the booking details. There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. Although most of our guests do the right thing, the occasional abuse means that we must make you aware of the following: • Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and be respectful towards neighbours – remember noise travels. No loud music • For security of the property, only guests who are staying at the property are allowed access to the property. There is an additional fee of $100 per person per day if people are evident above the booked number. • Strictly no smoking or drugs – please smoke downstairs • Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it • Remove your belongings prior to departure, includes food and garbage • Lock & secure the property, close all doors & windows • If keys are lost a fee of $550 will be charged A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in any way.

Perfect Surfers Paradise Condo
This condo was awesome! My wife and I were visiting our daughter who lives in the Gold Coast area (who stayed with us in the unit). The two bedroom, two bath unit had plenty of room and everything we needed. The complex has a nice pool and it is a very short walk to the beach. Additionally, it is only a block from the tram which can get you where you want to go in Surfers Paradise. The views in every direction are spectacular. I wholeheartedly recommend this unit and we plan to come back in the future!

Amazing Views
We had a great 5 night stay at Julia’s apartment. It was generally nice and clean but does have some wear and tear due to age and I guess people not looking after it (blinds have a few marks, stains on the rugs). Was a great location and close to the tram stop. It is on the highway so you do hear some noise. The view is beautiful. Ocean and sun of morning and river and sun of an afternoon. The pool and spa was really nice. We would definitely stay at this apartment again and I believe the owner is looking to renovate.
