This oceanfront Kiawah Island vacation rental has three bedrooms, is steps from the beach, and enjoys access to the Duneside seasonal community pool. Duneside villas are conveniently located in Kiawah's West Beach area and offer direct boardwalk access to the beautiful beach.

Featuring a townhouse-style layout, this Duneside villa stands two stories tall, with the living areas on the first floor and the bedrooms on the second. The light-filled living room is a cozy retreat with incredible ocean views, a TV, and two sofas. Just a few steps up from the sunken living room, the nearby kitchen has a pass-through window allowing easy conversation flow. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinets. Enjoy your vacation meals and snacks in the dining area, or step outside to the screened porch for al fresco dining.

A beadboard stairway leads to the second level, where you will find the villa's three bedrooms. All bedrooms have a king-sized bed, TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two of the three bedrooms have access to a shared oceanview deck.

Enjoy relaxing on the screened porch, accessible from the first-floor living room. This area offers lovely views of the dunes, coastal breezes, and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.
