Orcas Island, the true gem of the San Juan Islands in Washington State! 🌟 This beautiful island is home to Moran State Park, featuring the stunning 2,000 ft. elevation of Mt. Constitution, along with thirty miles of hiking and biking trails and five pristine freshwater lakes. Whether you’re into yachting at Westsound and Deer Harbor or exploring by scheduled or private air service, there’s so much to discover!

You can easily access the other San Juan Islands and the U.S. mainland via ferry service from Anacortes, and Amtrak service to Mt. Vernon is also available. Orcas Island boasts excellent restaurants, delightful food and wine shops, galleries, artist studios, summer markets, a lovely library, and a small historical museum. Plus, there’s a full schedule of summer activities and community theater to enjoy! 🎭

For families, there’s an interactive children's museum and a nationally acclaimed skateboard park, along with four well-established summer camps for kids on the island or nearby.

You have use of the entire property and home during your stay. The home is gated with parking for two cars inside the gate and two cars outside the gate.

From the expansive deck, you can soak in stunning views of the ferries, distant islands, and a private cove bustling with eagles, herons, otters, seals, and deer. Enjoy the four-person spa, or play and paddle right from your door, with a rocky outcropping and fire pit overlooking the harbor. 🌊

Inside, the chef's gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a spacious island with seating for six, and all the cookware and appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. With two wall ovens and a large electric cooktop, it’s the perfect gathering spot for culinary adventures while enjoying water views. The dining room, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, connects you to the natural beauty outside.

The large living room offers plenty of seating for visiting, reading, or playing games. The sun-drenched window seat is a favorite for watching eagles and kingfishers, while the hand-built stone fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to this cozy space.

Venture up the spiral stairs to find three inviting bedrooms and two full baths. The expansive Master Bedroom features a king bed and a private balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee while taking in the beauty of Grindstone Harbor. Inside, you’ll find a reading area, large closets, and a daybed for an extra guest. The luxurious Master Bath ensuite boasts two marble vanities, a custom-tiled shower, and a large slipper tub for ultimate relaxation. 🛁

The east-facing bedroom has a king bed, two twin beds, and a toddler’s bed tucked away in a cozy nook, along with ample storage. The west-facing bedroom features a queen bed and two closets, with a large window overlooking the harbor.

Both guest bedrooms share a beautifully remodeled full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a marble vanity. There’s also a third full bathroom on the main level, complete with a custom-tiled shower and vanity.

For your convenience, we have a large laundry room with a top-loading Samsung washer and dryer, an extra refrigerator, and pantry storage to keep everything tidy during your stay.

Explore our private waterfront property with miles of peaceful country roads, perfect for walking, running, or biking. Plus, you’ll be close to ferries, bicycle and kayak rentals, shops, and restaurants.

We highly recommend having a car to explore the island. Whether you drive your car onto the Washington State Ferry or fly into the island and rent a car, it's essential to have a car to go to Eastsound for shopping and restaurants and head out to explore the many beaches and trails.

CANCELLATIONS - We currently offer a Moderate Cancellation Policy. 100% Refund up to 30 days before your check-in date. 50% Refund 30-7 days before your check-in date. No Refund after 7 days before your check-in date. Last-minute cancellations due to any emergency, death, medical, or weather-related issues do not qualify for a refund.
All refunds for VRBO and direct bookings incur a 4% credit card processing fee.
