The Neighborhood:

Hilton Holiday sits in leafy, sought-after Lynmore, one of Rotorua's most popular residential suburbs on the eastern side of town - quiet, green and right by the action. The big drawcard is the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, just steps away, with its world-famous walking and mountain-biking trails on your doorstep. Te Puia's geysers and Rotorua Airport are both about eight minutes, while the lakefront, the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa and central Rotorua are around nine. Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours are over on the western side of town, around seventeen minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is handy here. Parking is a little limited - there's room in the driveway, on the grass in front of the house, and on the road right outside. The Redwoods forest is just steps away, Te Puia and Rotorua Airport both about eight minutes, and central Rotorua, the lakefront and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa around nine. Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours are roughly seventeen minutes on the western side of town. Uber, taxis and buses are available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 250 Mbps. The home has underfloor heating, a heat pump and a fireplace. This is a pet-friendly property with a dog run - please let us know if you're bringing a dog. There's a private spa pool - please supervise children around it at all times.
