Welcome to our stunning, modern beach house, where chic design meets rustic charm. Featuring an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with exposed vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a cozy loft for additional sleeping. Awake to the soothing sound of waves and enjoy breathtaking views with private steps leading down to the beach.

Relax around the firepit on Muskoka chairs or dine al fresco on the rear deck, surrounded by nature's beauty.

During peak summer, we offer 7-day stays (Friday check-in/out).

Our beach house accommodates up to 8 guests, boasting 3 bedrooms, and a loft with a queen bed, and 1 full bathroom.

Experience true beachfront living as you explore the property, from the welcoming front porch to the rear deck and beach.

Beautiful view of sunrises, all day long and sunsets. It’s a comfortable cottage, clean, quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. Shannon was quick to reply and arranged to have a coffee maker delivered to the cottage. We did not use the loft bed area but other people should know that access to the loft is on a slanted aluminum ladder which is tucked away during the day.

Clean, cozy and comfortable

The cottage is clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and fully stocked. Well appointed interiors. We had a great time.

Amazing cottage right on the beach

The cottage is perfectly situated on the beach with a private area to lounge. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Comfortable sofas to relax and watch tv. We appreciated the outdoor shower to wash the sand off before going in the cottage.

We loved our stay!

My sister and I had a wonderful time at the beach house. It was an absolutely frictionless experience, which allowed us to get straight to relaxing and unwinding. We loved being lakeside, too. Highly recommend!

Little slice of paradise

This was an absolute gem of a location. Cute cottage that was exactly as described. The beach was all sand and very clean. The hosts provided everything we could have wanted or needed including lots of outdoor seating. We liked that is was dog friendly as our dog had a great time with swimming and walking the beach

Perfect Llng Point cottage

Beautifully renovated place which retains the feel of a traditional Long Point cottage on the beach. Everything was supplied, from kitchen utensils to beach toys. The outdoor shower made it so easy to keep the sand outside. Our family loved it. This was our first Vrbo rental and the owner was a great communicator.

Cozy Cottage

This is a three-bedroom plus a loft which can sleep 8. The cottage was clean and fresh when we arrived. It is well-stocked with all the things you might need to cook including pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils, glasses and cups, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and some spices. The living room couches and table seat 6 comfortably. Out doors there are plenty of chairs for lounging, a large umbrella for shade and paddle boards for the lake. The air conditioning was very much appreciated on the very hot days. The television was enjoyed on the rainy days and the wi-fi is better than what we have at home and allowed some of the family to do a little remote work. We all enjoyed our stay very much and will return again. Thank you to the owners and especially to Shannon, our contact person.

Easy and prompt communication with Shannon

We stayed at the lakehouse for a few nights and had a great time. This lakehouse would be fantastic for families with little ones because the water is very shallow due to a long sandbar in front of the house and in the immediate area. We enjoyed the huge bonfire pit as well. Communication with Shannon was prompt and very easy.

Love Long Point

We loved our stay at this great cozy cottage. We were able to sleep seven adults. There are lots of basic kitchen supplies like aluminum foil, saran wrap, as well as basic cooking needs like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee to name just a few. They also supply towels, and bedding. It was a little tight when we were all there, but we managed inside. It was great that the cottage has cooling and heating. The view of the lake and the beach front are spectacular with plenty of outdoor seating, an umbrella for shade, and a fire pit. The BBQ was in great condition and worked well. I highly recommend this cottage.

Amazing stay and location!!

Location of the property was absolutely amazing! There offered so many different chairs, games, and activities to use outdoors! The neighbour was super friendly and helpful. It was quiet and secluded you could enjoy the people you were with. We were lucky that the beach was also quiet during our stay, so it felt like we had our own private resort. The only piece of advice is if you wanted shade down at the beach to bring something to use, they do provide an awning up top at the property which provides great shade but if you want your own shade on the beach, bring something to use :) highly recommend this stay

Great for families

We had a fantastic stay! The beach was just outside the door with clear shallow waters. The host had a bin of beach toys and lifejackets. I don't really have anything bad to say about the cottage or our experience. What I struggle with however, is the cost. It's small. And while the cottage has been updated, some things are already taking a bit of a beating. The coffee maker needed a desperate cleaning, the oven has leftover burnt food on the racks, some of the floor boards are peeling, and a decorative pillow is ripped. We definitely enjoyed the location, and are already planning our return to Long Point. This cottage on the beach was perfect for our first family getaway and being able to use a baby monitor on the beach was relaxing. The host had a great supply of baby/kid friendly items (Netflix, forks, spoons, plates, cups all newer, newer or gently used beach toys, cupboard for games/puzzles). I would recommend this cottage to others.

Relaxing beach getaway

This was our first time here and we were blown away with the privacy of the property as well with the cleanliness. Very beautiful furnishing and layout with all the amenities you need, it came with everything you would need to relax during your stay! A bonus that stood out was air conditioning, wifi and Netflix which is rare for cottages. The hosts we spoke with were Matt and Shannon both whom made us feel very welcome and comfortable, response time was great! Looking forward to a return visit!

Cozy Beach House Getaway

Stayed here with a group of close friends to celebrate my birthday. It was a great time! The beach house looks exactly how its depicted in the photos, no surprises. The views of the beach are beautiful. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and grilling. Dish washer was a bonus. Beds could be comfier, but that's expected when cottaging. Plenty of towels were provided if you need them. The upstairs room in the loft is really cool. If you walk down the street a bit there's a cute souvenir shop. Shannon (the owner) was also very responsive and helpful. Thank you for having us at your property! It was a nice escape from the city.

Beautiful property - like a tiny resort getaway!

The updates to the cottage are really modern and tasteful. The items supplied (towels, bedding, kitchen amenities) are really appreciated, clean, and in good condition. Communication with Shannon was easy, reliable, and helpful. The views are spectacular at this property, and the sand makes you feel like you are further south!

Front Row Seats to Paradise!

From the moment that we chose and booked this property in Long Point we were confident in our host, Shannon. She was a great communicator! The pictures didn't quite capture the beauty of the location or how lovely the cottage. Although it was just the two of us on holiday, there was ample room for 8 people. The kitchen was well stocked. The amenities for enjoyment both inside and out were thoughtful and we cannot wait to return! This place is surely a 10/10!

Great relaxing get away

Location was excellent. Cottage very clean and welcoming. No surprises and was Just steps from the lake. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit next year. Thanks Shannon for being the perfect hostess
