This great contemporary beach home is located at the edge of the community harbor area, a perfect location for you and your guests. As a pet friendly house, you'll enjoy the wide open spaces for your dogs. The home features an open floor plan with a lovely eat-in (and completely renovated!) kitchen and cook area that is flanked by a huge screened porch overlooking the community harbor. You can enjoy all your meals on the porch! In addition, you'll find bright, airy and spacious bedrooms with TVs including a master bedroom suite with King size bed and private bath. There's plenty of parking. You and your guests can crab and fish from the community dock, located just a few steps from your door. Enjoy a great vacation at Osprey!

- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

We loved our stay at the Osprey!!! The house was very clean and very well organized. The location was great and we loved the screened in porch to hide from the mosquitoes. We brought a little battery operated fan with us and that helped circulate the air. There was such a beautiful breeze one day that it was a perfect napping spot! We enjoyed visits by the local geese and other birds. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time, especially sitting around the porch, talking, laughing & listening to the Downy Woodpecker tapping on the tree next door, the geese honking above & the wind whispering through the pines. The weather was perfect, Osprey was perfect & we can't wait to come back to Chincoteague!

Little extras made this home special. Sippy cups for the youngest….a water bowl for the pup. We even noticed the pack and play! Also appreciated cleaning supplies on hand. Made tidying up easier than a trip to the store. Oh and the fresh herbs in the yard. All just made it feel homey.

I e have been staying at Osprey for 5yrs straight during our summer beach vacation. We absolutely love the house and the amenities. The only suggestion I have is a fan for the porch. The porch is an amazing place to hang out, but it gets SO HOT in the summer. had a lovely stay this past week at Osprey. We enjoyed having nice open floor plan. We really liked having the boat dock so close by as well. We set out on kayaking adventures several times. We look forward returning next year.

Osprey was very clean, and we liked that the living space was all on one floor. Loved the open concept living/dining room/kitchen and the screened in porch. It would have been helpful to know there was a pack and play there (we brought one along). Close to the boat ramp, although we were disappointed that there was not boat dock for our boat as advertised. Had a great week at Chincoteague!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting a property from Chincoteaque Resort Vacations and the whole process went very smoothly. Keyless check in was easy and checking out went without a hitch. We were unable to reserve linens in advance and had to bring our own which was a little inconvenient, but otherwise everything was fine. Activities enjoyed were sightseeing, crabbing, and biking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Osprey is a very lovely home that has had a lot of upgrades in the 5yrs we have been staying here. It is very close to the boat ramp which is wonderful because we love to kayak around the bay. The house is clean and the newer kitchen and cookware is fantastic. We will continue to return for years to come. The master bedroom and bath are lovely. The other two rooms have plenty of space. The master got a new bed and mattress a few years ago, we are hopeful they will update the other bedroom beds as well. A bunkbed in the 2 twin room would accommodate another child, which would be wonderful. The porch is lovely and we sit out there often. The only negative about the porch is that there is no fan and it gets quite hot without a direct breeze.

We had another wonderful time on our favorite island. This was our first trip in the fall and we lucked out with perfect weather. Osprey was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well stocked with every kitchen amenity you could ask for. Thank you for being so accommodating when we had to reschedule not once but twice.

We loved Osprey. It was beautifully appointed, very clean and met our needs perfectly. Both bathroom doors stick and need some WD40 and the second BR needs a mirror over the dresser, but otherwise fantastic!

We had a very good time at Chincoteague Island. The property was so clean and equipped. The only comment everyone has was you didn't mention there is no sheets, shampoo, hand soaps, dish soap and body wash. I think all rental properties usually have it and it's very basic. But if you can't provide it, please mention it. Except that, all was fine. Thanks for your kindness.

Our stay at Osprey was nice. The location is good. We enjoyed crabbing from the nearby dock. The house was clean. The mattresses were too firm for our liking. Some things in the house have been updated, some things could still use an update. Being dog friendly was a plus for us. We would consider staying at Osprey again.
