Hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños (con capacidad para 12) ubicada a solo unos pasos de la playa. Con su espaciosa sala de estar y cocina, esta casa es imprescindible para sus vacaciones familiares. La suite principal cuenta con cama King size y bañera de jardín con ducha. Las dos habitaciones en el lado opuesto de la casa tienen 2 dobles cada una separada por un baño completo. La cocina tiene mucho espacio de gabinetes y espacio en el mostrador para la preparación de alimentos. Las características adicionales son muebles de jardín, lavavajillas, lavadora / secadora, TV vía satélite con reproductor de DVD e internet WiFi de alta velocidad. Su mascota es bienvenida con una tarifa. En la planta baja cuenta con bar y área de picnic. Ropa de cama disponible bajo petición.

Great get away

We rented this house for ourselves as well as my daughter and a few friends. It was perfect for our stay. The kids enjoyed making a fire on the beach just out front of the house

Wonderful Time!

Our family of 8 enjoyed the stay tremendously! The home was open and spacious, and very clean. We brought food and enjoyed cooking in the large, spacious kitchen. The washer and dryer were invaluable in keeping clothes clean after playing at the beach. The Master bed was extremely comfortable memory foam king bed. Both bathrooms were large, spacious and very nice. The full beds were great for kids, but could be small for extra adults. And best of all, the view from the porch is outstanding! Plan staying here again!

We have stayed in this particular home several times.Large kitchen and nice master bedroom and bathroom with large soaking tub, which is nice after a long day on the beach ! Swedes is the only people we have used through the years and wouldn’t use anyone else ! They always treat you right.We have also stayed in its twin sister house “ once upon a time “ and it’s just as nice ! Anyone would love their stay in either one !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was impressively close to the water, and we enjoyed just walking down to the water. That being said, The home is in poor condition. When we arrived the bottom sash on two windows were loose and laying in the open position. The entire floor has weak spots and the stickers in the carpet will wake you up in the morning. All the dishes had to be rewashed before use. Nobody would expect chef style cookware but whoever purchased these pans should be forced to cook on them. The owners need to spend a little time on this property.

The house could use a little attention to details in cleaning. The kitchen faucet did not work well, and only a trickle of water flowed out. They said a part would have to be ordered so we just dealt with that. Overall it was a great stay and the location and view were worth it! We would stay again!

Not Happily Ever After

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented the cabin for our family to celebrate my husbands birthday. I should have been warned when we walked into the cabin and there were 2 dead roaches in the kitchen and 4-5 roach baits on the floor. While we were unpacking things in the kitchen a roach ran across the counter. Then about an hour later we killed one crawling up the wall. Called the office but they were already closed. I emailed them. That night while my granddaughter was in bed on her phone she felt something on her had and flung it off. It was a roach!!! Needless to say we were uneasy sleeping that night. The next morning the office contacted me. The were apologetic and said something about the time of year as if that explained it. Also said they were on a quarterly contract with exterminator. She said we had two options: 1)she could call an exterminator to come spray, but we would have to remove all of our personal belongings until they had completed spraying the cabin and then we could return our belongings or 2) she could send over some roach spray. We certainly didn't want to spend time/energy packing everything back up and hauling it downstairs and then hauling it back upstairs later and unpacking again! My husband told me to tell her to bring Bengal spray because that would have the best results. We went out on the beach to enjoy the excellent weather and when we got back to the cabin they had left 3 cans of an off brand of roach spray. My husband sprayed and we went out to enjoy the rest of the day. That evening after it got dark we were in the living area playing games with our grandchildren when another roach crawled out from under the couch across the floor. and later a huge one was crawling on the refrigerator. There was also a small one in the shower. I was so frustrated and disgusted by this point! I could overlook one, maybe two, but this was ridiculous!! It ruined the weekend for me. Kitchen toaster was nasty and pans were horrible to cook in.

Good get away

Good place to stay and get away, the house up keep could be better, the wifi couldn't connect and we saw Roaches in the house. Other then that we had a good time.

Weekend get away with family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was good. The weather was nice and spending time with family is always good. The cabin has a great view. It was Jeep weekend when I rented the cabin. The beach was packed. The only thing I didn't like was the crowd that set up on the beach in front of the cabin. If I rent this cabin again I will block the beach off in front of the cabin to avoid people jumping over the dunes to use the restroom and the loud music that I didn't understand. Memorial weekend is a better weekend to be at the beach.

Then we extended our stay because it was the best vacation ever. The cabin is beautiful and very well maintained. We will be back.

Great!!

This place ended up being better than the photos, it’s almost directly on the beach, everything worked fine and there was plenty of room for all 12 of us! The kids had a great time. I would recommend bringing a larger baby gate for the stairs if you have younger kids that was the only issue the stairs are steep and we had to make sure the babies weren’t going to fall, not the hosts fault though!

Disappointed ever after

Great location, the only reason for the 2 star rating. Place was dirty, bedding was filthy, pillows torn and mattresses stained, no mattress protectors, coffee pot was cracked, bath matts dirty, cockroaches in the kitchen and living room, slow spotty internet. Basic necessities, like dish soap, were missing. There was even graffiti on the dirty carpet. Pots and pans were barely useable. During a pandemic this is not an acceptable condition for a rental to be in. Also, arrived to a broken sewage pump which needed some smelly repairs. We would not stay again. Be ware they will nickel and dime you for every little thing.
