Great location and great time!

The house is in a great location and was vey clean and check in was easy. We enjoyed your stay and we would stay there again. Cobb Realty was extremely easy to work with as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time, this home had everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the deck with a great view of the water and Beach. The home was very clean, but just had a little too much in the way of extra furniture and decor. The front door key was very difficult to get into the place.

Beautiful home with great Managing Company

Loved our stay at this Cobb Real estate property. They made check-in really easy and LOVED their dvd "rental" machine where you can checkout DVDs like library books (it really is the little things you notice). Also we really appreciated the earlier checkin and later checkout times they have in comparison to other properties. It's a little bit of a bummer that the linen package still requires you to make your bed, but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay at this home and any COBB home in the future.

We were a bit concerned with the sturdiness of the house due to the fact the house would make shifting moves at times. We did enjoy our time there. As far as the space for the 8 of us it was great. However there is an overwhelming amount of furniture in the living area and on the porch outside! Very clean property! Would definitely consider staying there again!

We brought our toy poodle along as well. It had anything that you needed for your stay. We did have to purchase toiletries but that wasn't a deal breaker. It is in a great location and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
