Esta casa tiene una vista espectacular del golfo desde la cocina, sala de estar, dormitorio principal y dormitorio de invitados. This is our second time booking this beach house. It's a fantastic house that is literally steps away from the beach. More than enough space for a big family. We're a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Super easy check-in, check-out, house is spotless, and while we're just guests it always feels like home. If you're looking for a great house in Port Bolivar this is the one!

Great property in prime location to beach! As mentioned in the instructions, there is some movement that can be felt, especially when the winds kick up. The only thing I can think of to improve this house would be an elevator to get groceries and bags up and down:). We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location with beautiful views of the ocean. We spent much time on the deck watching the ocean and the people and the pelicans and just relaxing. The access to the beach was super easy and steps away. Unlike other listings in this area this house is truly on the beach with ocean views and direct access. Fortunately we live close enough that I could come check before I booked and while there were 5-7 homes we liked showing they are on the beach (map pin included) this was the only one that was truly there. The house was clean and comfortable. Bedding and linens were good quality. Beds were moderately comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, pots and pans and a coffee pot. You need to bring with you: all spices, oils, pantry staples, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, beach toys, beach towels, and coffee. House is stocked with coffee filters, bath towels, wash clothes, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Overall we loved our stay, and would love to return to this house in the future!

Through the advice of my brother Mike Walz of Crystal Beach's Walz Family Builders I seized the opportunity to sell my California condominium and built on Bolivar. I appreciate the area and the hospitality. It is like coming back to my roots. I am very pleased to be able to share my home with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Since my brother owns a home and a business in Crystal Beach I have visited many times. Each time I fell more and more in love with the area. I decided to invest my retirement money here and I can't wait to share this peaceful stress-free beach with you.

The front deck is 16' deep - 8' is covered and 8' is uncovered. Guests are able to enjoy the shade, read, sip a glass of wine or beer or tan in the sunshine. The deck which wraps around 3 sides of the house has private doors from the Master bedroom and Guest bedroom. Each has its own romantic personal space. But the most impressive thing about this home is the spectacular beach front view. The family area under the house includes an enclosed shower, bar and 2 built-in picnic tables. It is a wonderful area that will accommodate many family members and guests. Plus it offers you all the comforts of home with the additional bonus of hearing and watching the surf.
