Watch the HarborWalk fireworks from the comfort of the extended deck Thursday nights June through August , and on July 4. No need to travel , just sit back and enjoy! Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, The Sand Flea (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, casual attire permitted.)

Reviewer Comments: This rental was one of the nicest we have stayed in it was very up to date, very clean was great accommodations for my elderly mother in law. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the canal and on Thursday night was able to see the fireworks at the harbor from the deck of the condo. We visit Destin a few times a year so I will definitely be trying to book this condo again.

The condo was very clean with a great tv. The bathroom was newly updated with a great shower. The only things they may need updated would be a new coffee pot and there was no ice maker. Overall we would stay here again plus the beach service was awesome.

Already planning next years trip back. Pros: first floor, updated, washer and dryer, comfortable bed, new patio furniture with lots of space, clean, plenty to name!Cons: (nothing really to name but if I had to) golf carts were parked in front of the room leaving us to park a few condos down a couple times and maybe a more comfortable couch/chair could be put in.

Lost a full day!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Woke up the first morning to hammering, sawing, drilling and stomping in the upstairs unit. Complaints to the rental office were met with "we didn't know about any renovations" which was a lie since there was an industrial dumpster on site and some structural modifications were being made. If they didn't know this was happening they were incompetent! We had to leave our unit because of the noise so were unable to use the facility for one full day of our two day stay!On the bright side, the unit itself was great, completely updated. We just didn't have the chance to enjoy it!
