Misty Pines 8 - A Relaxing Country Escape

Misty Pines 8 is a two-storey home located in a quiet street on the northern slopes of Mount Gibraltar with expansive views to Mount Alexandra

Sundrenched and stylishly decorated it is perfect for either staying in, or as a home base while you explore the beautiful Southern Highlands.

It sits between the towns of Mittagong and Bowral, with cafes, restaurants, antique stores, and wineries all within 5 minutes drive of the home.

The home is accessed via a flight of stairs that takes you up to the front terrace and front door. The large terrace allows for lounging as you look out to the view of Mount Alexandra and watch the native wildlife (king parrots, rosellas, cockatoos, and kookaburras).

Alternatively enjoy a private garden off the kitchen with dining for 6 around the olive tree or sit by the lower courtyard firepit with a glass of wine while toasting marshmallows.

The home is suited to 8 guests (one or two families or a group of friends), however we could accommodate 10 if using the sofa bed.

The upper level contains
* 3 bedrooms (1 x king bed, 1 x queen bed and 2 x singles)
* 1 bathroom with full bath and separate shower with rain head, with a separate toilet
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Combined living/dining that includes a Smart TV with soundbar
* Full laundry with Bosch washer and Bosch dryer.
* The living room has stacker doors that open onto a large terrace
* Rear yard with a private garden accessed from the kitchen with 6-seat outdoor setting.

The lower level contains
* 1 bedroom (1 x queen bed)
* 1 bathroom shower and toilet
* Living room that includes a Smart TV, sofa bed and dining for 4
* Small kitchenette (sink, microwave, bar fridge, tea/coffee)
* A paved courtyard with casual seating around a firepit

Keyless entry and access to the entire home and outside areas.

Guests will not have access to
* garage
* lower floor storeroom

The lower floor contains a sofa bed which could be used to extend guest numbers to 10. Please let us know as part of your booking if you plan to use the sofa bed.

The lower floor kitchenette does not have cooking facilities.

Misty Pines has 2 separate spaces depending on your needs.
* Misty Pines 6 (6 guests, 3 BR, 1 shower/bath/toilet, 1 Living room, 1 kitchen)
* Misty Pines 8 (8 guests, 4 BR, 1 bath, 2 shower/toilet, 2 Living room, 1 kitchen, 1 kitchenette)
Only one space will be rented at a time.

There are 2 cameras on the front of the home that face the street and driveway.
