Wonderful stay in Eagle-Vail for family/fiends ski trip

What an amazing house. The location was perfect with 15 minutes to Vail parking and 5 minutes to Beaver Creek parking. The house was a great size for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. It also has everything you need, was very nice inside, and had a great view of the golf course and the mountains. Holly is also a great host. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back again.

Perfect Holiday x Skiing x 2 Families

Wonderful week through NYE 2025. We skied at Beaver Creek only. Approximately 5 minute drive to Elk Lot - super easy. Also it is less 5 minutes to Wal-mart for groceries and other essentials (beer & wine). House was great for two active families. We had 4 adults and 5 kids total. Kitchen was great for cooking. We prepared breakfast and dinner easily and found plenty of room to eat and socialize together in the kitchen area. The sleeping accommodations were great. The large bunk room downstairs was a delight. Our kids loved it. The adults loved them being down there so we could hang out. Hollie was a very attentive and responsive host. I appreciate you making our trip a memorable one. I would highly recommend this place to a friend.

Fantastic home in a quiet neighborhood

I was in town with a friend for the Triple Bypass bike ride and some hiking. This home was perfect for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is well-appointed and maintained. The owner was responsive, friendly and easy to work with. It was a great experience.

Best Family Ski/Holiday Spot in Avon

Great location with sledding right outside the back door. Kitchen fully stocked and great to prepare family meals. Quick drive to Beaver Creek or Vail ski resorts. Also, convenient access to grocery stores and Vail Brewery. Holly was always available if we had any questions or requests, even while she was away on a trip! The home had comfortable beds and plenty of room for all eight of us. Will definitely try to come back and hope for better SNOW!!

Fun VRBO on the EagleVail Golf Course

This was a really nice property with a great location and beautiful view! The bathrooms were all updated and very nice - as well as the well equipped kitchen and large dining area. The bedrooms were very nice and the bunk room was really great - plenty of room and our two little Girls loved the beds. Nice deck too Our Host, Holly, was just the best - very nice and helpful and so easy to work with! Thank you Holly. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental - and we would book it again!

Awesome Family Winter Vacation

We absolutely loved this home and all it’s amenities. It was perfect for our family, which included 5 adult children/spouses. Great kitchen and dining area where we could all sit at the large table. Evenings were enjoyed in the family room and everyone had plenty of space for quiet time as needed. Our oldest daughter is in law school and needed to work on two papers while there so this was a great benefit. This home is on a golf course and we even saw elk one day from the family room overlooking the golf course. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. The location was great and allowed to to visit several ski resorts and go snow shoeing. Groceries and restaurants were minutes away. Holly was great to work with ahead of, and during our visit. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Great property and amenities

The property was extremely well stocked, especially the kitchen. Made it very easy for us to cook after a day of skiing. Easy access to Beaver Creek Village. We had plenty of space to spread out and the bunk room was fantastic for all the kids. We’d stay here again.

Great getaway close to Beaver Creek Skiing

This was the perfect place for our family of 7 to stay. We were looking for something close to Beaver Creek skiing. It only took us 10 minutes to drive to the lifts (Have a party member who may not be skiing drive you to the drop off location by the chairlifts. It's not crowded there, and we found a parking space right away). Kitchen was well equipped and the large dining room table was great for meals. They even had heated flooring in the bunkbed room. Three full bathrooms worked out great for us, and the views were pretty right next to the golf course (pretty even in the winter). Holly was excellent in communicating with us and last-minute even allowed us to leave an hour later than check-out. We hope to be back next year! : )

Great Family Stay

This property was great. Wonderful accommodations for a family ski weekend. Kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Large gathering area for family (puzzles and games included). Kids loved the bunks. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

The house was lovely and so comfortable with a wonderful location-not in the Vail village but a lovely residential area where properties were well maintained. Easy to get to so many gorgeous areas. Enjoyed being able to eat at the house and hang out. A wonderful place and the hostess is delightful to communicate with.

Nice Home, Superb Location

This home was perfect for us: older adult couple, mid-age adult couple, and their 2 children. Level streets and driveway entry are a huge plus compared to some ski-area homes we've seen. Garage parking easily wide enough for two SUVs. Easy drive to downhill skiing, with cross-country skiing, snow showing, snow hiking quite literally out the back door onto the golf course. Kids' sledding a short walk down the golf course packed pathway. Nice mid-level layout for group meals, games, etc. Host and maintenance were just a phone call away, but we never needed to call. We hope to go back!

Wonderful Stay!

We were two families of four staying for a long weekend and thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The beds and bedding were comfy (kids LOVED the bunk room). The outside deck was great space to grill, enjoy coffee and drinks. The golf course provided much entertainment for us - watching golfers during the day and space to run around for kids during the evening. We were able to access the Eagle-Vail hiking trail just a short walk from the home. The view were wonderful and the neighbors were friendly. We'd stay here again for sure! Thank you!

Good location. Nice patio with plenty of comfortable chairs. Plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen. Garage was a plus. The beds were very uncomfortable as they were very soft

Beautiful home and great location.

Perfect retreat away from the resorts but very convenient access to everything vail and beaver creak have to offer. I stayed with several friends but this would be great for families as well. Amazing kitchen and master bedroom. Highly recommend.

Memorable experience

The house was perfect for our two families, and the location was great. The kids room fit all 5 of our kids in the 2 sets of bunk beds and they had a blast having the adjoining room to play in. The kitchen and dining area were very spacious and the living room with fireplace was a great place to unwind after a long day on the slopes. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow right outside the back door and we found a great sledding hill at the Eagle-Vail putting green nearby. We loved how close Beaver Creek was for skiing and Vail Village for eating. Holly was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Jeff, the Property Manager,called me the day after we got in to see how we were settling in and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place!

Spacious, comfortable, great location

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and Holly provided all of the info we needed for a smooth stay.

My siblings and I purchased this home in November of 2016. We all live in the Denver area and our family has owned homes in the Vail Valley for over 30 years.

This home has ample space for two families. We loved the proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek (10 minutes by car to each) and the fact that it backs to the golf course.
