Spacious corner bright Rainbow condo Unit 509 is best of both worlds! Enjoy fantastic views of ocean, beach and oceanfront pool from your oceanfront deck and living area that also has another private gated patio facing the bay to enjoy gorgeous sunsets!
Building located on 112th street in North OC has a huge heated outdoor pool, kiddy pool, with a bi-level oceanfront sundeck, 2 new elevators, renovated lobby, seasonal lot guard, bike racks, and assigned parking!! Close to Northside Park, many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. A building registration fee is collected on arrival at the rental property.

Perfect location for a family vacation!! We absolutely loved the condo ! Super clean !! Everything you need in the kitchen a washer and dryer in unit! And I really loved the double balcony one where we left our beach cart in a gated area! And the other I enjoyed my morning coffee looking at the beach!!! Would highly recommend and stay again with my family of 5!! Thank you!!

This is a beautiful condo that had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a family of 3. We loved having 2 balconies with different views. We had some trouble finding who we needed to register with and pay for parking (which was cash only), but once that was sorted out, everything was good at the condo property. The location was nice, close to everything without being too busy.

Great Condo

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, and it had a bunch of extra supplies to make our stay more convenient. It was easy to get around to all of the attractions we wanted to visit, and we loved how close it was to the beach.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property has everything a family of five needs for a perfect beach getaway, including a well-supplied kitchen, great family games, beach and sound views, large pool, beach access, and laundry. I highly recommend this property.

Great getaway!

Place is perfect! Close to the beach which (steps literally) and a nice pool! Perfect size for a family, clean, easy check-in/out and great communication with property management company!! My kids LOVED that they had board games in the condo as well!

Family vacation

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was so cozy and clean. The only regret I have is bringing my cranky 2 year old 😉. But seriously, we would stay here again and again. I want to purchase a place just like this one day. Thanks!

Great condo, well supplied.

My stay was great except for AC. The filter was blocked with dirt and did not work properly. I loved the condo and was impressed with how it was stocked with incidentals.

Quick beach trip

Had a good time with family. The condo is gorgeous the shower water pressure is amazing. Very clean. Xfinity cable was great. AC was a tad wonky but it was overall a great experience. The prople runjimg the property are kind. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place and great price!

The location was in north Ocean City, but still convenient to everything we wanted. We loved having both an Ocean view and a Bay view! The place was fully stocked for any cooking needs we had. The beds in the bedroom were comfortable. The mattress for the pullout sofa probably needs to be replaced soon. When we arrived, there was a cute little welcome card And two brand new beach towels! Very nice touch! We would definitely book you again in the future.

The bedroom did not have good airflow and was hot, especially for my 81 y/o mother. The landlord controlled thermostat was not a hit. The staff at the Rainbow was very friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was very good.

Excellent!

It was a wonderful vacation. There with three adult grandchildren, celebrating one’s graduation from High School. The Condo was beautiful, clean, so comfortable. Views from the Bay and the Ocean great. Balcony sitting in the evening extremely pleasurable. Will definitely want to go back to 509 in the future. Oh, and from the very beginning, all transactions, correspondence, check in - a breeze! Thank you so much. Ethel Louder

Great until and building. Loved the proximity to the beach.

I was very happy with the condo unit and building. The kitchen was outdated but there are plans to renovate this fall and then if it’s like the other updates that have taken place, I’m sure it will look great. The bedroom gets a bit warm at night, but there were fans in the room to help. My interactions with Shoreline weren’t always the best, felt rushed and not a priority but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the CostI booked this condo based on the good reviews, expecting a comfortable and relaxing beach vacation. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations.The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The instructions stated guests not to set the temperature below 70F, but upon arrival, the thermostat was locked and couldn't be set below 73F. This might not seem like a big deal, but during an August stay at the beach, 73F inside felt warm and uncomfortable, especially overnight. Fans were in the room but did not help.I contacted the property office multiple times over two days. While they were friendly and tried to help, they informed me that only the husband could address changes to the thermostat. Apparently, the wife couldn’t reach him over a two day period. This was incredibly frustrating and made our stay far less enjoyable.Additionally, the towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall the first time it was used. I reported it immediately, but no one ever came to fix it.To be fair, the condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. However, the lack of response to maintenance issues and the unwillingness to resolve the air conditioning restriction made the stay uncomfortable and not worth the price. Had the owners addressed the AC issue promptly, this could have been a better experience.I wouldn’t recommend this property for a summer stay due to the air conditioning restrictions and lack of response.

The property was clean with a friendly staff/ The Lobby is under renovation and the alternate office was not clearly marked. It took us awhile to find it. Parking was easy. The pool is beautiful but you were not allowed to have any fun in it. Our condo was a one bedroom with plenty of room and a great view
