Great location. Everything about the place was great. Nice to have extras like sand toys and a cart. The set up with the extra den is perfect for a teen or a mother in law.

Will stay here again!

The unit is clean and aesthetically pleasant. The floors are the cleanest I have ever experienced! My son and grandson shared the one room and had the other room with sofa and television. The waffle maker and Ninga Blender were a nice bonus. The balcony furniture allowed us to optimize our time outside in the evening and early mornings. Parking is 65.00 cash or card.

Gem of a place!

This condo is a gem in the Sea Watch building. It was exactly as advertised—very clean, well-maintained, and impressively stocked, even down to the little things like extension cords (which I usually bring myself!). The building itself was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The on-site ice cream shop was a sweet spot! The views were lovely, and the location made it easy to access both the pools and the beach. We wish the balcony was more private but it is the way the building was built to have the beautiful views. Darkening shades in the bedrooms would have helped with all the extra outdoor lights. Also, the vents had a bit of dust buildup, but otherwise, everything was spectacular. The beach and pools can get crowded, so it’s best to head down early to grab a good spot. We will definitely be back as vacation is never “long” enough! Thank you for sharing your condo!

Condo is absolutely beautiful! Exactly as pictured, very clean and comfy beds! The den was such a nice option as a 3rd bedroom for our son’s pack n play. Beautiful views of the ocean to enjoy your morning coffee. Bryant was very easy to contact and get quick answers! Will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you Bryant for you hospitality!!!

Family Vacation

This was a great spot for our family vacation. The condo was really nice, clean, and well decorated. The building had lots of amenties and was so close to the beach. The balcony was really big and had a great view.

This was a wonderful place to stay with our grandkids! The condo was in excellent condition and very clean, and we had clear and timely communications with the owner. The indoor and outdoor pools were great assets and the proximity to the beach made this location ideal. It was a bit rainy one evening, so we took advantage of the on-site movie theater and the indoor pool, and we were able to walk to Sophia's for a good dinner right across the street. We will stay here again!

Very nice, clean and comfortable condo. Great amenities. An appliance wasn’t working when we arrived and Bryant had someone look at and fix it promptly, keeping me informed of the status along the way. Bryant was helpful, considerate and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Stay and Accommodations

I've lived and vacationed in OCMD for 25 years. Sea Watch, is by far, one of the best properties in town! The condo complex is more like a resort including onsite parking, a small deli, arcade, movie theatre, pools and so many other fun things to stay busy! Very family friendly, but also relatively quiet and serene. This unit has all the necessary upgrades, and then some, making it the perfect stay for our small family and mother-in-law. Important Note - sheets and towels are NOT included, so bring your own or end up like many, buying them from TJ Maxx across the street:) In short, look no further, and book this property!

Definitely recommend

This resort has all you need especially with kids. I was impressed! And the unit is beautiful and very clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because there are no sheets on bed or bath towels. It’s not really mentioned on listing or at least I couldn’t find it anywhere so I just want others to be aware. I have no problem bringing those things ahead of time but thought it to be a little much to go spend money on vacation for those things for only 2 nights. I would still go back to use this unit because everything else was great just want to make everyone aware to bring bath towels and sheets:)

Great place and location

We were there for a lacrosse tournament, so not in the unit too much. But it was in good condition and located in a great area. The large balcony with a great view of the pool and the beach made it that much better.

Great property in N OC

Loved the location of this property and the unit itself. Very peaceful away from the boardwalk but plenty of great things nearby and within walking distance. Unit was great with updated kitchen to make small food prep a breeze. Rooms are small but cozy in the condo and the building is kept in impeccable shape. Will definitely stay here again.
