El Dorado San Felipe Rental - Tranquility

Casa Frasier is a three bedroom vacation rental located in San Felipe's most desired vacation resort, El Dorado Ranch. This spacious home features a gourmet kitchen, open living spaces, and updated appliances. Staying in this impressive home during your visit to San Felipe allows you to be close to the beaches, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. When you arrive at this beautiful single-story ranch home, you'll notice the spacious front yard, red tile roof, dramatic welcoming arches, and bold columns. The front porch is shaded and is a great place to sit in the morning and watch the sunrise across the desert landscape and over the mountains. There are multiple entrances into the home, but the main front door will take you directly into the center of the house. 

When you walk in, you will immediately notice the high ceilings, red tone tile flooring, wood accents, warm lighting, and the open concept floor plan. You will walk directly into the front living room, complete with a single sofa, and two plush armchairs. There is a flat screen TV mounted against the wall. The living room transitions into the formal dining area. Here, you will find a classic wooden dining room table and seating for 4. This is a great place to set out dinner and enjoy it family style. The living room flows into the formal dining room in the formal dining room flows into the kitchen. This floor plan allows guests to mingle throughout all of the common spaces without feeling cramped or crowded. 

The beautiful gourmet kitchen features a center granite Island, updated appliances, custom cabinets, and a double sink. There is a whisper quiet dishwasher for easy cleanup, and each drawer is equipped with all of the kitchen gadgets and utensils you'll need to cook meals at home. The expansive counter space doubles as a snack bar, and four high top seats create a casual place to sip a margarita or enjoy snacks during the day. This kitchen has everything you need to make your family's favorite meals right at home or to simply reheat your leftovers from the restaurants down the street. A large window over the double sink allows plenty of light to flow through the kitchen and gives guests in the kitchen an unobstructed view of the property. 

While this home offers many large living spaces, it also has three private bedrooms that are perfect for rest and relaxation.

The first bedroom features queen size bed, simple corner desk unit, and beautiful armoire to keep all of your clothing and accessories organized. This well-lit room is the perfect balance of deep browns and reds along with pops of blue and white accents. This room has its own spa-inspired bathroom, complete with an elevated deep jetted tub, and elegant vanity area. 

The second bedroom has a double-size bed. A spacious closet is hidden behind wooden tri-panel doors and is just steps from the second full bathroom. This second bathroom features a walk-in shower with frosted sliding glass doors and a single sink. 

The third bedroom is located directly off of the living room. It has a full-size bed and floor-to-ceiling custom wood storage space. This room also has two side tables with bedside reading lamps, and windows that allow plenty of natural light to come in. This bathroom has its own private bathroom, complete with a stunning walk-in tiled shower, and single vanity area. 

This house has comfortable sleeping for 6 guests.  Water for the home comes from a cistern.  For extended stay guests who need water delivery more often, a quck call to the office and water delivery will be arranged. 

One of the perks of staying in a fully furnished vacation home is having your own laundry room. This El Dorado Ranch rental has a separate laundry space complete with washer, dryer, and laundry sink. Utilizing this room helps your family to stay organized while on vacation, and prevents you from going home with a suitcase full of dirty and sandy clothes. 

This home provides seamless transitions from indoor living to outdoor entertainment. Multiple porches, private terraces, and patios give guests plenty of options when it comes to outdoor living. The red tile patios feature a combination of shady spots and areas that get direct sunlight. Fire up the barbecue for dinner when the sun goes down, or take the beautifully tiled stairs up to the rooftop. The rooftop is a perfect place for a fiesta under the stars. There is plenty of seating and incredible views of the San Felipe mountainside. 

While it can be tempting to stay in your vacation rental for the duration of your trip, we highly encourage you to go out and explore the area. Guests staying in this home have exclusive access to all of El Dorado Ranch amenities, such as the jacuzzi, pool, private beach, on-site restaurant, and tennis courts. Spending your visit in this vacation rental means you are just minutes from some of San Felipe’s most popular restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend taking a trip to some of the local restaurants, including Rice and Beans and The Taco Factory. This home is also just minutes from local grocery stores, boutiques, and entertainment venues. Living here also means you are just a short drive from some of the most popular San Felipe attractions, such as golf courses, ATV riding, banana boat riding, fishing, and of course the beaches.

Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
If 6 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

RESORT PASS AND SWIMMING POOL PASS
This resort requires guests to pick up resort passes in person.  After you meet us at the office for the keys, you will need to make one more stop at the resort office to pick up your passes.  For this reason, we encourage guests to arrive from 2PM, instead of the standard check-in time of 3PM.

The passes are only issued directly to guests - This requires guest to visit one more office after check-in
Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is between 8AM - 4:30PM
If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day.
Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra
