With a close proximity to San Felipe city center, the beach, and local attractions, combined with the clean and fully equipped accommodations that the house provides, you and your family will be able to enjoy San Felipe like a true VIP.

From the back patio of this gorgeous waterfront estate, you can see the sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Sea of Cortez.  The gorgeously tiled back patio leads right out to the beach and has a gorgeous water statue, beach chairs, and patio seating to enjoy. Inside, a wide-open living room is complete with one plush leather sofa, a comfortable armchair, and recliner.  There is a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall that gets all of your favorite channels.  There is a half bathroom located right off of the living room for your convenience.  This is also where you’ll find a washer and dryer so that you can keep up with laundry while you are here.

The gorgeous kitchen has an upscale, L-shaped bar attached to it with comfortable seats. This gorgeously tiled bar is a great place to sit and enjoy a margarita, spicy salsa or fresh guacamole. Pour a glass of wine and enjoy some good conversation at this stunning lounge area that flows effortlessly into the kitchen. The chef inspired kitchen has a gigantic refrigerator, stove, microwave, and whisper quiet dishwasher. The custom cabinets provide plenty of space to store your groceries, and the ample counter space gives the chef of the family plenty of room to prepare meals for the family.  The open layout of the kitchen flows from the living room into a formal dining room. Cookware, bakeware, utensils, and extras such as a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are all included as well.

The kitchen effortlessly flows into the formal dining room. The formal dining room is a great place for the entire family to get together and enjoy a meal around a large, rectangular glass top table that has enough seating for six. 

Just a few steps away from the dining area you will find another sitting area.  This separate sitting area is complete with rocking wicker furniture in front of a stone fireplace. This is a great place for a quiet conversation or cuddling up with a good book. 

Attached to this quiet sitting area is a breakfast nook. This charming little alcove has a glass top table and seating for four. This is a great place to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee in the morning.  All of the common areas are located on the ground floor, allowing you to mingle without disturbing those who are sleeping or resting in the upstairs bedrooms.  As you reach the top of the stairs from the first level to the second level, you’ll enter a large open hallway area.  It is from here that you can access all three of the bedrooms.

The first bedroom is a massive suite with two king size beds. There are dressers to hold your personal things, chairs for relaxing, and closet space to hang up your clothes.  The bedroom has pink accents, which matches the color scheme in the private bathroom. This bathroom has a large sunken tub, walk-in shower, vanity area, and toilet. The second bedroom has one huge king-size bed and a beautiful set of dressers and armchairs for your convenience.  The third bedroom has two Queen size beds plenty of places to sit and dressers for all your personal items. The second floor has another family bathroom for the second and third bedroom to share. It has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink area.

If you go up one more flight of stairs, you will be taken away with a giant third-floor living area.  This massive living room has a sitting area with a love seat and four comfy chairs, a gorgeous card playing table with leather seats and authentic wooden tabletop,  and a wonderful bar area with custom bar themed decor. This adult lounge area has a TV, tile bar top, and refrigerator.  This third floor is where the fun, excitement, and partying take place!   There is a full bathroom up on this level as well, complete with toilet, sink, and shower. The third floor also has large glass doors that lead out to a private balcony overlooking the water. For guests who like to entertain, this third floor, VIP style atmosphere is really what makes this place stand out.

This three bedroom, 4.5-bathroom waterfront home has enough beds for 10 people to sleep comfortably. However, if you want to bring an air mattress, up to 13 guests can be accommodated.  With over 6200 ft.² of luxurious living space, this is amazing San Felipe home is the perfect place for a family reunion, girl’s trip, or guys getaway.  There are restaurants, shopping centers, and places to fish, nightclubs, and local attractions close by, so everyone will find something nearby that they want to do.  The people in San Felipe are welcoming and friendly and will make you feel right at home from the moment you pull up to the house.

SPECIAL NOTES:

This house has  5 beds to comfortably sleeps 10 guests.  However, if guests bring air-beds, up to 13 guests are permitted. 
There is a charcoal BBQ grill.  All charcoal supplies can be purchased in town.
There is a two door garage available with street parking for one car.
The outdoor chess board table next to the beach is for guests use - guest bring all other needed chess pieces.
