This modern, sunny, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home is in a tranquil garden setting on a quiet cul-de-sac between Mangawhai Heads and Village. It is a 15-20 minute flat walk down to the Village where there is a lot on offer, markets, shops, cafes, restaurants and more. There is also a lovely walk along the estuary that takes you down to the iconic Mangawhai Tavern to watch a gig, have a drink and/or dinner or explore the Saturday morning market. Otherwise it is only a 5-10 minute drive to the Heads township and the popular surf beach, estuary and clifftop walk.
The house itself has great open-plan living and has been tastefully decorated. With multiple living spaces both inside and out, it is great for a couple of families to holiday together and yet have their own space. With a covered deck on one side of the main living area and a sheltered courtyard on the other, there is plenty of opportunity to find the sun, shade or shelter whatever your desire.
There is a large flat grassed lawn with plenty of room for the kids to run around and play games. On cooler evenings/days there is a covered spa out back to provide another option for relaxation or entertainment.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents so suits family groups or mature adults looking for a peaceful retreat. Please be courteous with respect to noise and behaviour.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
