A 1930’s classic kiwi villa, lovingly renovated & elegantly presented, Corokia Villa offers all the modern touches for easy indoor-outdoor living: A large kitchen - the heart of this holiday home - with cool filtered water & everything you need to prepare those lovely homemade dishes, Cozy lounge, 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice sunny office that can also be used as a 4th bedroom, & large garden & deck area with a BBQ to enjoy relaxing evenings soaking up the evening sun and looking over the Richmond hills.
Corokia Villa has a welcoming & relaxing vibe. It is located in a quiet street away from the bustle, yet so close to all the great amenities of Richmond, including shopping, dining & more in the town centre (just a short walk away) and easy road access to all the beautiful places our region has to offer - Nelson, Tasman Bay, Golden Bay, Nelson Lakes and beyond!
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Located on the fringe of Richmond town centre and at the heart of Tasman Bay, this holiday home is within close reach of Nelson, Tahunanui beach, Rabbit Island (all within 10-15 mins drive), Kaiteriteri and Little Kaiteriteri (45 mins drive), Nelson Lakes (1 hour drive), Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Park (1.5 hour drive), Takaka and Golden Bay (1.5 hour drive to Takaka). The nearest bus stop to catch the bus into Nelson (Routes 1 or 2) is a 5 minutes leisurely walk away on Salisbury Road in front of Burger King (right around the corner).
