Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, living area and large balcony as well as comfortable decor featuring rockers/recliners, custom artwork, tile throughout the unit and the convenience of walking straight out to the pool or beach make this 1,341 square foot, two bedroom, two bath ground floor condominium a renter's favorite.

Fully appointed kitchen includes all new kitchen appliances, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Each vehicle parked on property will need to purchase a Parking Pass.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The location could not have been better if you have young children! Ocean front with a view of the beach and pools and short walk for the kids with NO stairs or elevator to have to ride/climb. I would recommend staying here to anyone and everyone! I cannot wait to come back again. My kids had the best time! It is definitely our new favorite beach vacation spot!

Excellent location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the perfect location for anyone with young children. We walked off our balcony and were steps away from the pools/splash pad and beach access. The unit was clean and well stocked. It could use some updating but overall would highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED the bottom floor and would rent this unit again. This was the one reason we rented this condo was the bottom floor. The unit really needs to be updated. I’m guessing the owner never stays here. When you open the dishwasher, there is not one screw holding it to the wood so the dishwasher falls to the floor when you open the door, so you load it on the floor and pick the whole dishwasher up and put it back in the hole.the refrigerator freezes everything even on the warmest setting so every drink is frozen solid and you can’t put any veggies in there or any other food . We went and got an ice chest to keep our food in. But the location of this unit is perfect.

Things were a little in disrepair, and very outdated. But overall, it was a nice stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for our needs. There were a couple minor items that do need some attention. The icemaker was operating (on), but never made ice. The shower in the master bedroom allowed a small amount of water to escape onto the floor (perhaps faulty sweep?, not sure). The patio door was very heavy, which can be remedied with some lubrication.

Great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love SeaChase and the management team! Enjoy conversation with Jesse as he monitors the pools and grounds. This unit is in a great location! Kitchen was functional, beds were very comfortable. Furniture needs some updating, very old and worn. Could use fresh paint as there were many water damage areas on walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Toilet in master bathroom needs fixed. Dryer is not working as it takes 3 cycles to dry clothes. Don’t mean to be critical, but when paying top dollar to rent, things like this should be better. Really enjoyed our vacation and would stay again.

Great location but needs a lot of cleaning

The property grounds were very well kept and clean. All of the staff were very friendly. The unit is in a perfect location near the pool and beach entrance with a private gate for our unit to access. However, the condo was not clean. We found clothes and a package under the beds along with lots and lots of dust. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was left nothing there from the owner or previous renter like coffee filters or salt and pepper. The dryer must be dated because it took extra time to dry clothes. Overall the unit is in need of some attention and updates but i feel like the great location and cleanliness of the grounds somewhat makes up for it.

Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a shame that we paid over $2700 for 5 nights in this condo July 2-7. The other two first floor 2 bedroom condos next door were beautiful. This condo was in dire need of new furnishings. It was very dirty. Sticky kitchen table, counter tops and floors were very dirty. The patio chairs were broken and had to be replaced the first day. We left the condo cleaner than we found it. We deserve to get a $70 refund for the cleaning charge. Will not stay here again unless it's redone.

I am sorry you had a bad experience we tried to fix all problems as they arrise but next time please call the office to report. We did get new chairs when we were told they old ones were broken.

SeaChase 103C- Summer Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building is located across from Wal-Mart, stores and restaurants. The condo is steps from 3 pools and the gate to the beach which was the best part of our stay. It was the best location in the building. The amenities were insulting for the $3k we paid for 4 nights (w/ a 9am check-out). The stove and the dryer partially worked, and the dollar general kitchen supplies left much to be desired. There are ONLY 5 bath towels, and NO extra blankets. I felt like it was mainly clean and spacious for a family of 5,but needs a complete overhaul! The living room couch and chairs should go first! The property managers were great and even notified us that we could check-in a few hours early. We loved eating at Fisher's at Orange Beach Marina; upscale but a casual feel and a great place to see some yachts. I never care to go back to Orange Beach- we were only there for a baseball tournament. I pay less than that for 7 nights in a VERY high-end, 3-story, 6-bedrom house on the gulf with a private pool in an exclusive neighborhood. Look for a different location!

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't think you can ask for a more convenient location. The property is on the beach and has a few pools to choose from. It's also right across the street from many grocers and restaurants and stores. This specific condo is right next to the front entrance which made for easy loading/unloading. The fitness center was just a couple of doors down. And the most convenient was being able to walk right out the patio door to access beaches and pools without hauling all your stuff very far. We only had two complaints. One is that the lighting in the condo is very dim. We like to play family board games and jigsaw puzzles in the evening and we had to use flashlights sometimes because the lighting is so dim. The second complaint is that the floor is dirty. Not with crumbs or dirt but it seemed like it needs to be scrubbed/mopped. We had read similar comments from other visitors and sure enough, walking on the floor turned your socks black. We came prepared with house-shoes/slippers but my 3 year old continuously had black feet or socks. But overall it's a good place to stay. We had a lot of fun.

Not a relaxing vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband has stayed at SeaChase for over 20 years with his family and has NEVER had a bad experience until this trip (this was my 3rd time). We love the ground level for easy access to the pool and back to our room with young children. I only picked this condo because of the twin beds in 2nd bedroom so out daughters could have their own beds, but I wish I would have stuck to our previous rented condo. Within 10 mins of being there, the bottoms of our feet were black! We had to walk around with shoes on anytime in the condo and I couldn’t even set my 9 month old down if he wanted to crawl around. The permanent ice maker was broken, so a counter top one was brought in. After using ice for my children’s drinks, I discovered mold in the machine! The master bath shower leaks all over the floor. The 2nd bath tub does not plug which makes it difficult to give an infant a bath. Kitchen cabinets were “fixed” with scotch tape. When doing laundry, I had to dry our loads 2-3 times which in the end, shrank my daughter’s souvenir shirts and also my 9 month olds new summer clothes. I’m not saying things had to be perfect, but having to pay the exact same amount as my in laws (whose condo/furniture looked brand new and well maintained) is ridiculous! I wish I could share the comparison pictures to show the difference in condos. This was NOT a great experience for a family with small children and we will NOT be renting 103C in the future.

Perfect location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave! It was (almost) perfect. This was our first time staying at SeaChase and it was absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be back and will request this 103C again. Staying on the first floor with our 3 year old made everything so easy. We could still see the ocean from our room and the pool area was directly off our balcony, which had a great childproof lock. There were multiple pools, hot tubs, an indoor pool, a kiddie pool and a splash pad! Beach access was incredibly easy with a short walk off our balcony. There is a Walmart Market and a Publix right across the street. Our condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, even a couple beach chairs! Now, why I say almost perfect...really only two things: 1) there was no lock on the front door! Sure, you can’t get in from outside but being on the first floor with a child and having no way to lock the door seems crazy and super unsafe! Thankfully, there was an extra decorative bench that we would move over in front of the door every time, but a deadbolt or even a chain lock, would most definitely be ideal! 2) the unit could definitely use a good deep clean and regular cleaning of the floor, not just sweeping but cleaning...our feet would be black walking from one room to the next. Thankfully we had baby wipes bc we sure did go through a pack scrubbing everyone’s feet, but if you charge a cleaning fee and say the facility is up to covid clean standards, the floors should not be so filthy to where you have to leave shoes on or otherwise be prepared to scrub. With that said, we loved the condo, the beach, the local restaurants (Doc’s was a favorite) and we will definitely be back in a first floor room again!!

Best Condo Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at 0103C. This condo is the BEST location. Ground floor, right beside the pool and entry to the beach. Perfect spot to stay with little kids since we needed to access our room several times throughout the day. Nice to avoid stairs/elevators with little ones. Very clean.

Sea Chase Beach Front Comdo

Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a great beach front property in the Gulf Shores area and we found it! The pools are wonderful and have views of the Gulf which is just steps away. Our unit was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was on the ground floor with convenient access to the pools and beach. We loved it and will be back!
