Acabamos de instalar baldosas en todas las habitaciones !! ¡Cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía! Phoenix West es uno de los condominios más lujosos del Golfo. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. Con más de 1,950 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa y recientemente amueblada. Las comodidades abundan en este condominio de Phoenix West: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, televisor de alta definición con pantalla plana de 55 "en la sala de estar con televisores de 42" en las habitaciones, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Hay una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, dos camas queen en el segundo dormitorio y una cama king en el dormitorio tercero. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar en caso de que necesite más espacio. También tenemos el condominio 3br a solo dos puertas de distancia si necesita más espacio. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was good. The furniture was nice, accommodating our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Kitchen appliances were in good shape. I particularly liked the external water and ice functions on the fridge. The unit had a large variety of pots and pans, and cooking utensils. A real plus! Two cleaning issues - the bar glass shelves had plenty of dust. The Master Bathroom shower caddie had some black mold. Note - The front desk personnel were often rude.

Beautiful property

Only complaint is the need for more parking. My husband and I had to park at 1/4 mile up the road and walk to the property.

This condo had plenty of space for all of us to be together in the living, dining and kitchen area or get a little privacy in our bedrooms. Everything was amazing. Only negative was the lazy river was scheduled to close on Monday, April 21, but it was actually closed on Sunday morning.

Perfect vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and most importantly, the condo was clean when we arrived. The view from the 25th floor was amazing. We did not have any issues waiting for the elevators. Check-in/out procedures were easy and convenient - almost fully automated via text/email. The lazy river, pools and hot tubs were awesome. The kitchen has what you need for basic meals like eating cereal or baking frozen pizzas but it's not equipped for cooking. My only complaint was that the TV in the main room is basically not usable. It kept freezing up every 10 seconds and kicking you out of Netflix or cable programming. That would have been a huge bummer if we had bad weather. I see from other reviews that this has been an ongoing issue. I hope property management checks into this.

Weekend Trip

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The elevators were quick and we never waited more than a couple of minutes. The pools were clean and our kids loved the slide. Access to the beach was easy! Would definitely recommend this condo!

First time in orange beach

Condo was very nice and plenty of room, it was however located on the 25th floor and we had some handicapped family with us that made it hard to get to and from the car especially with the long wait for the elevators. I wish there were more handicapped accessible parking spots. The elevators were a little ridiculous at times just waiting on one with enough room could be 10 minutes or more. The condo itself was nice and we enjoyed it but the property has too many occupants for the lazy river/pool. There were never any chairs to sit at if pool side. We’d use this condo again if it weren’t located on said property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. We had a really good time. Only a few problems. There were 4 bathrooms and only 2 had a roll of toilet paper. We called and was told that there should have been a roll in each bathroom and that they would take care of it the next morning which they did not do, but we just went and bought some. I also left my toiletries bag (yes was my fault). I sent a text and an email about it. All the text that I got back said “I asked cleaner”. I told them I would pay to have it shipped. I haven’t gotten any other response as of yet. But again that was my fault for leaving it, just wish they would have been more helpful on that.

Family Vacay Sept 13-17

My family selected this unit due to the fact that the bedrooms had full size beds vs bunk beds. There were seven adults who vacationed in this unit. The unit overall is dirty. The floors and countertops were dirty. The pictures on the walls and fans had an inch of dust. That wasn't a huge problem. One of the bedrooms had blood on the toilet and shower curtain. The showers had mildew around the bottom. The batteries were low in the remotes as well as the thermostat. There was food (chips) in the floor by one of the couches. Candy left in on the floor in one of the bedrooms. As well as a Kool-Aid pouch behind the TV. Two smoke detectors were hanging by a wire. The rug in the family room is curled on the edges which is a HUGE safety risk. The filter needs to be changed in the fridge and the ice make said it needed cleaning. The light in the oven is out. My invoice shows a 'service fee' and a 'hosts fee'. I'm not sure where the 'cleaning fee' falls within those fees but we deserve part of those fees back. What happened to cleaning 'Covid' protocols? Overall, the location is great, the view is great, and we did enjoy our time together as a family, but this unit needs some maintenance.

Black mold in master bathroom

Parking was a hassle. Have stayed at this location for the last 3 years. Have son and daughter come from different locations. First you rape people on parking fees, only 2 available for 3 cars. The garage was at most half full. Black mold in master bathroom. You should look up and down the beach at the condos available to rent. Me and my family will not be back.

Don’t normally give reviews but I think folks should know

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very roomy condo but needs updating. I can get past the updates that were needed but cleaning was only minimally done. There was no comforter on one of the beds so I went and bought a blanket. There were no extra sheets for us to put on the couch bed so I bought sheets for our kids to sleep on. Dryer wouldn’t dry towels until my husband cleaned out the vent hose and it was filled with nasty water. Also, make sure you get to the condo early or late for check-in as there are only one set of elevators for 30 floors. One poor guy I met was waiting an hour and a half to take his stuff to his room. Pools were great and overall we enjoyed the trip but I was disappointed in the condo itself.

Great condo -very clean, roomy . Small issue TV in one bedroom would not work, took a couple tries to get the other TVs on satellite. small crack in microwave door looked superficial the microwave worked fine Will be visiting again
