The Space:
This lovely home in La Paz is in a magnificent location overlooking the Sea of Cortez and La Paz Bay. It will provide a luxurious escape and become the perfect place to make fun new memories and collect vacation stories!
The main spaces of the home:
- An open living area with sensational views of the bay and ocean. A bright and luminous space with natural light and cool accents, stylish decor and a 50" Smart TV with streaming services. You’ll have super comfy sofas and direct access to the terrace with another sofa seating and lounge area. It’s the perfect mix for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- The kitchen has granite countertops is fully-equipped to whip up any meal to enjoy at home with an oven and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart.
- The dining area adjacent to the kitchen features a fantastic dining table to seat 6 comfortably when enjoying meals at home and a fun mealtime conversation.

Getting Around:
The home is about 12 miles | 19 km or about a 25-30 min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2 hr 45 min drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).
Starting July 31st, improvement works will begin on the internal roads of Las Colinas. These works are estimated to take around two weeks to complete. Please be aware that vehicle access to the property may be temporarily affected during this time.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
Wi-Fi, SmartTVs, bed linens, bath towels and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay.
The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
There is a penalty of $20.00 USD for late check-outs.
The use of the golf cart is at your own risk. By booking with us, you agree to the golf cart responsibility letter and liability waiver.
Please note that the pool is not heated.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging any towels, bathing suits or clothing on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.
As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.
Starting November 1st, 2025, the Beach Club will introduce a minimum consumption requirement of $800.00 MXN per adult, per day for access to the club.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the home and private terraces. Also enjoy unlimited access to Puerta Cortes Beach Club and exclusive access to Las Colinas Pool.

We look after their properties and when they are not in town we take care of them and welcome other like minded visitors to stay in their homes. Every home is unique, but they all have one thing in common. This is that they are very well looked after and will make a great place to stay for your time here in La Paz.
