They say you can shake the sand from your toes but it never leaves your soul. Sanctuary 2106 invites you to test this theory for yourself. From its long balcony you can soak up beach views, forest views and Redfish Lake views which are then permanently inscribed in your mind ’s eye once you walk in the soft white sand or among the magnolias.
Truly contentment inducing, Redfish 2106 radiates an attractive beach vibe heightened by many upgrades. The fully-stocked kitchen features a glass tile backsplash, gorgeous white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each of the bedrooms has a coastal flare and the master suite in particular shines thanks to its giant en-suite bathroom with a spa bathtub, balcony access and beach views. Plus, guests enjoy conveniences like gated entry, an in-unit laundry room and plenty of parking.
Sanctuary offers some very special amenities to its guests. The lagoon style pool deck is so well done that it alone brings guests back year after year. Add in the seasonal ferry ride- for Sanctuary guests only- across Redfish Lake to the beach and you’ve got the makings of some fantastic vacation memories. Moreover, a spacious walking trail just outside the gates leads to shops and restaurants that speckle 30A and its charming beach towns.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Este piso se encuentra en el barrio Playa Blue Mountain de Santa Rosa Beach, a orillas del agua. Si lo tuyo son las compras, Silver Sands Premium Outlets (centro comercial) es una parada obligatoria. Para los que prefieren sumergirse en la naturaleza, Parque estatal Grayton Beach y Playa de Blue Mountain son dos excelentes opciones. Sanctuary at Redfish is a tranquil resort unlike any other nestled in the Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood. The serene peace you'll find from the nature preserve and the coastal dune lake, Big Redfish Lake, will ensure your vacation relaxes you. Two ways to get to the beach offer you flexibility: take the 10 minute scenic boat tour that goes through Big Redfish Lake to the soft sands of the beach or leisurely stroll through the 0.7 mile nature trail to arrive at the beach. Uniquely available to you is the ability to kayak or paddle board in Big Redfish Lake where the water is more calm to enjoy these pursuits. Your amenities include three pools including a seasonally heated pool, a large gas firepit for enjoying evenings gathered together, and a convenient grilling area with four seperate gas grills for your use. The resort has parking in the lot and underground in the garage. A spacious fitness room awaits you and provides two changing rooms complete with restrooms, showers, and shelving for your belongings.
