The condo worked out great for our group of seven…a quick 4-minute drive to ski resort, big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and stunning views of the mountains! Kitchen is small, but it is well-stocked and the double oven made Thanksgiving dinner prep a breeze!The three flights of stairs up to the condo were a challenge at first, but got easier as the week went by.

Ideal for group with older kids

We really enjoyed the space and location of this condo. Very easy to send the teens to catch the bus in the morning and for eveyone to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day.

Ski trip

Perfect location to jump on a bus to get to the mtn or walk downtown for dinner. The only bummer is there is no elevator and it feels like 4 flights of stairs to get to your unit instead of 3.

Great for a group/2 families

We were 2 families traveling together on vacation. The upstairs loft was great for the kids, leaving 2 other bedrooms for the adults. We had plenty of space and there were 10 of us. We drove to winter park resort for skiing every day and it was super close and convenient. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again!

Excellent extended stay in Winter Park

First of all; we stayed there for a full month. This is the longest we have stayed in a VRBO property. It was an excellent stay. Property management was marginal at best but the owner made up for it! Thank you Andy!The unit probably has the best view not just within that greater property but perhaps all of Winter Park. It makes a perfect blend of being able to walk to the town while not directly on the town. My wife and kids loved it. My wife did worked from there, the WiFi was fast and reliable 100% of the time without any outage, something that was critical for us.I had many friendly text exchanges with the owner, Andy, who was pleasant, responsive and overall a great gentleman to talk to. Many thanks for letting us use your home, Andy!

Spacious! Had everything we needed and more Hot tub is right in front of property. Parking was easy. We did not use bus stop but it is not directly in front of building. It is actually at front of condo in the very front of complex. That being said it is still not very far Beautiful view from front windows. I would stay again. The steps to condo were a bit of a haul but we could handle it!

Decent place to stay

Came up for the ski cup. Not unhappy at all. Parking in the carport is super tight when you get a couple other cars in there. There no towels for the hot tub/instructions for the sauna but there was plenty of room. The stairs can kick your butt if you’ve been skiing all day. The entry code did stop working at one point and it took about an hour to regain access.

Met our needs

Laundry room is not located close to unit and doesn’t work well. Unit is in a good location, but an older complex - things are somewhat dated. Pool/hot building is centrally located and good. There is no elevator and unit is on 3rd floor. Unit accommodated 8 adults, but it was a little tight. Small kitchen. Shuttle stops at front of complex.

After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to clarify the following:- While we don’t advertise in-unit laundry, there is a conveniently located laundry facility on the first floor, just steps from the parking area.- The unit’s location on the third floor and the absence of an elevator are clearly noted in the listing to ensure guests are aware when booking.- The kitchen is not oversized, and it's as shown in the listing photos. It’s equipped with a full range of appliances, cookware, and supplies to meet most guests’ needs. We understand it might feel tight for preparing large-scale meals, but it’s well-suited for everyday cooking.- While the building dates back to the 1980s, the unit itself has been updated with new mattresses, beds, bedding, and furniture to provide comfort and convenience.- We take pride in offering premium amenities, including high-quality toiletries and supplies, to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.

Perfect place for group ski trip

What an awesome condo! It was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 5 kids) to get up to WP and ski for the weekend. The condo is comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The indoor pool and hot tub were an awesome bonus as well. And the hosts were very communicative and responsive. Definitely recommend!
