**Conch Get Enough at The Truman Annex in Key West**

Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on your private bedroom balcony after being gently woken by the crowing of a wild rooster. After a morning stroll, you are ready to enjoy an alfresco breakfast that was just created in your new kitchen. Sit back, relax, you are now on Key West time!
This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse is prepared to meet your vacation needs. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms each with ensuite baths, and queen beds. Each room also boasts French doors leading to private balconies, allowing fresh breezes in. There are ceiling fans and TV’s in each bedroom.
The open first floor plan with half bath and comfortable décor lends well to the casual lifestyle of Key West. Your newly renovated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and Quartz countertops seamlessly flows to the dining and living areas allowing you to enjoy the well outfitted kitchen while entertaining friends, sipping your favorite beverages, and enjoying good conversations. Double French doors draw you out to the private lush tropical garden and deck.
A few steps outside the fence you will find the President’s Walk Association heated swimming pool. This beautiful gem is a short walk to Key West’s best beach (Fort Zachary Taylor) and the Truman Water front park. You are three blocks to the sunset celebration at Mallory Square, and two blocks to the famous Duval Street where restaurants and entertainment are plentiful.
We can’t get enough of it and we hope you feel the same too after visiting.

Everything we needed

Clean, comfortable and reasonably well equipped. The assigned parking space is narrow but not a problem if you take it slow and exercise care.

Loved the Truman Annex

After many trips to Key West we finally stayed in the Truman Annex & LOVED the location being an easy walk to everything yet quiet and serene atmosphere. The unit was very nicely appointed and rarely heard the neighbors although the public parking lot had some noise a couple of evenings but that is to be expected. We were disappointed that the floors felt “gritty” & were dirty but once we vacuumed it was better and maintenance was quick to replace the missing/burned-out light bulbs on the porches. The toilet seat/lid in the powder room appears to have been replaced with a cheap option that often slams shut when raised. (I recommend replacing it with a soft-closing seat/lid like the other two bathrooms.)We will definitely stay in the Truman Annex during future trips.

Key West A Flavor Like No Other

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental located in a quiet community of the beaten path but a very short walk to Duval St. This complex is our only choice when vacationing in Key West due to location, ambiance and an always clean, heated pool. Conch Get Enough provides a comfortable interior to kick back after a long day, or night of exploring. Some suggestions would be additional wash clothes in bathrooms and please supply dish clothes in the kitchen as there was nothing provided to wipe off counters and appliances (paper towels are no substitute). We are two mature couples who do not wear shoes in the house and the soles of our feet quickly became soiled from walking around the unit. Attention needs to be addressed to the washing of the floors. Some decayed boards need to be replaced on the back deck as here are two spots that are a tripping hazard. In general these are a few improvements that will make this unit five star rental. We will be back!

On our previous trips we have walked through truman annex many times and we thought it would be nice to stay in the area. We finally did and we wondered why we waited so long! The location worked great for us, it was offshore powerboat race week. We were close to the pits, viewing and all of the excitement of the week in key west, yet we could relax in our Conch Get Enough location. I highly recommend this condo. It was spacious for four adults. We did not feel cramped. The pool was a few steps away.

Conch get enough review.

The townhouse was great. It was kept up well and updated. I would say my only issue was communications with Compass. When compass emailed me to answer a question, it came from a personal email that was spammed. If I didn't contact Compass before I left for the trip. I would of never known of the email that had my door code and check in procedure.

Reviewer Comments: we came to key west with friends who have never been to key west..the condo was exactly what we needed, close to just about everything.i also had a small problem with leaving some things behind after we left and they were taken care of and sent to me. we would definitely return if we came back to key west. our only problem is that the parking spots are way to small to get in and out of with every other parking spot having a roof over them
