Red Rock beach House Sunrise 1770 - The property is perfectly located in the desired Sunrise at 1770 Estate, just 5km from Agnes Water's main shopping, restaurant and cafe precinct. Red Rock beachHouse boasts uninterrupted ocean views and a beachfront position nestled on the sandy shores of remote Red Rock Beach - our very own turtle sanctuary.

Enjoy access to the world-class share facilities of the Sunrise1770 estate, including two 25m horizon wet edge pools, sun lounges, BBQ, cabana areas and change rooms, the perfect place to unwind by the pool whilst enjoying a family Bbq. Note - the pools are not located at the actual property. They are located at the shared estate facilities.

The property -

Architecturally designed and lavishly furnished with a grand and spacious ambience in mind. Featuring quality beds, including luxurious linen and air-conditioning, providing comfort for our guests. Every room boasts stunning ocean or natural sub-tropical landscape views whilst providing complete peace and privacy. Many an hour will be spent on the expansive deck gazing upon the tropical ocean - keep an eye out for whales passing by. The deck features sun lounges, dining furniture and Bbq.

Sleeping up to 8 people, Red Rock beach House has four spacious bedrooms and three impressive bathrooms, one with a spa bath.

Master bedroom - An elegant and spacious bedroom with a King bed ensemble, an ensuite with spa bath, walk-in robes, fully air-conditioned, plus a ceiling fan

Bedroom 2 - Luxurious Queen bed, ensuite, air-conditioned, plus ceiling fan

Bedroom 3 - Luxurious Queen bed, , air-conditioned plus ceiling fan

Bedroom 4 2 x king single beds, air-conditioned, plus ceiling fan

Main bathroom with a bath

Spacious open plan kitchen with beach views featuring a large gas stove, spacious family fridge freezer and butler's pantry including 2nd sink and dishwasher.

A Breville coffee machine and coffee bean grinder are provided.

Comfortable lounge, Satellite TV, soundbar and dining area positioned to enjoy the beautiful ocean views when entertaining indoors.

Full laundry facilities and 2 car enclosed garage

Full linen supplied, please bring your own beach/pool towels

Beach access is close by, plus there are several remote beach access points.
Sunrise 1770 Body Corp monitors a strict 3-car maximum per property
This property strictly prohibits party-type gatherings and is available for respectful family bookings only. Sorry no pets

Restrictions -

This private gated estate is governed by on-site Body Corp managers who are active in ensuring regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms and that the property is suitable for your gathering. Bookings are only accepted for families and quiet respectful people.

Regulations;

Strict maximum of 3 cars within the estate
Properties prohibit large all-adult group gatherings for party-type events, bucks' nights, hen's nights, weddings, 21sts etc.
Youth groups, including schoolies, are prohibited.
A Strict no-after-hours noise policy applies from 9 pm. Loud music or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
Strict numbers as per the registration form are permitted only; visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.
Pets are not permitted
20km speed limit at all times
If, for some reason, Management needs to attend due to complaints, you may be asked to vacate (a refund will not be issued)
No caravans, boats, jet skis, trailers or camping permitted at properties.
