As Mexico Beach continues to rebuild stronger and better than before Hurricane Michael ransacked our sleepy fishing village in October 2018, visitors choosing to vacation along this 3-mile paradise are reaping the benefits of progress. Such as with this gem, Beach Fantasies, that was taken to the ground and rebuilt with vacationers in mind to vacation rental perfection. Pre-Michael, Beach Fantasies was a nostalgic beachfront duplex, comfortable but showing its age. Even so, was a very popular choice among new and returning guests to the area.

As a result of the owners’ forward-thinking, we now offer Beach Fantasies A and B. A beachfront property that is still a duplex however, now both identical sides are available to renters booking through Pristine Properties. Each side is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home connected by the exterior decking. If you have a large group looking to stay together but not stay together, you can rent both sides for sleeping arrangements totaling 20 guests. If your party is large but not quite that large, either side is the perfect fit.

Hard to miss, this purple paradise stands directly on the white sand in the heart of Mexico Beach. Down the steps, and you’re on the beach. It really is that easy! This property's thoughtful design and perks will make any vacation one to remember. On the property's exterior, there is ample seating under the house in the grilling area for a cookout beachside. Or, the convenience of the hot/cold outdoor shower at the foot of the stairs makes washing the sand and sunscreen off that much quicker and easier. Once inside, you are welcomed by an enormous, open living area with breathtaking views pouring in from the beachfront windows. The kitchen has lots of open space, so there are never too many cooks in the kitchen, and everyone can laugh and enjoy being together with each room flowing into the other. The grand finale of the first floor is the sizeable beachfront deck just beyond the living room doors. With cable railing, your view is unobstructed as you comfortably dine al fresco. With every detail maximized, you’re bound to have the trip of a lifetime.

Three bedrooms are housed on the second floor, with two highlighted by the beautiful gulf views. The kids can giggle themselves to sleep in the bunk room equipped to sleep 4. The parents can be nearby in the beachfront guest room, connected by a full bath. The third bedroom is a beachfront master with a shower in the master bath designed to wash away any worries. Both master bedrooms open onto the open sundeck lined with cable railing. The fantastic views from the top of this home are visible as far as the eye can see.
