Enjoy the very best of Indian Rocks Beach, a charming and intimate beach town located between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. Two bedrooms as well as the lofty living area and open kitchen. We had our guests in mind during the renovation. We think we have supplied everything you would want for a stress free beach getaway. Large Fenced in yard.

so clean and has all the basic needs and is super close to walking around for beach and restaurants and local things. Would absolutely stay again

Good rental

This rental was clean and in a good location. It's pretty bare bones though. There are no dressers in bedrooms and the place lacked some basics. There were 5 of us staying for more than a week, and yet we were given one 2" round bar of soap and two tiny shampoo/conditioner tubes. In the kitchen there is salt but no pepper, no aluminum foil or saran wrap, no storage containers for leftovers if you're cooking meals there. No scissors, no clips for open bags. These things seem small but make a big difference and have been provided in other rentals. We did appreciate the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella. We had a great time, but these are some areas which could use improvement.

Water was AWESOME

We very much enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect! My only issue is the “walk” to the beach. I understood that the beach was much closer, if not our backyard.

They got rid of the sofa couch so we were short a bed. The unit only sleeps 4 not 5. This made it stressful for us in the beginning. It is a great location and it was clean but had some maintenance issues which they addressed. The beds are comfortable, it was quiet, loved the wagon with the beach stuff, easy to get to beach, nearby shops.

Quiet weekend away

We loved this location and enjoyed our first visit to IRB. We enjoyed walking from the rental to restaurants, shops, the beach, and the nature preserve. The unit was clean and welcoming, the shower needed to be recleaned but I reached out and got a quick response. Loved that the unit came with beach towels , chairs and umbrella, and wagon to carry it. We drove to treasure island and to sand key while here. It was an easy trip to the airport as well.

Best part was location

Just a short walk to the beach was the best part. There were restaurants,bars & a convenience store minutes away on foot. Place was very clean, two king beds were very comfortable. Had most of the items listed—did not see a hairdryer though. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Bathroom door only shut if you lifted up on the door knob & pushed the top of door towards the hinges. Breaker blew several times for kitchen outlet. Electricians were there several times. AC quit and was not usable for 10 days of our 27 day stay, we were able to open some of the windows and there were 2 fans in the laundry room we were able to use. Electrical issues were considered to be glitches by the owner caused by the two hurricane the previous fall. The owner did get the electrical issues taken care of. Would be nice if there were small dressers in each bedroom with drawers for renters staying longer than a few days. The management did respond to our emails in a timely fashion and we were refunded one night of our stay.

Good but a bit sparse

This property checked most of the boxes, but was the most sparse of any rental houses we’ve had in Indian rocks. The beds were super soft and a bit uncomfortable. A good stay overall and nice location.

Lovely beach house

We enjoyed the beach house. Lovely back yard. We had a small dog and the fenced in yard was perfect for him.The area was lots to do within walking distance. The locals appreciated our support as they come back on line after the hurricane.Great place to stay!

Good location

The location is good but the pictures are not accurately reflecting reality. The property is described as newly renovated and does have a nice interior design but the doors need some repairs. The towels and the kitchen should be cleaner.

Family Beach Stay

We got there..A/C guy was struggling to fix the A/C which he did. Meanwhile it was HOT..Had to call for the lock code to get in..NO big but still. Knob missing on one of the closet doors. Had to SLAM front door to close it.Other little things like the corner of a rug was curling..All they had to do was put it under the corner of the couch and..no problem..All in all it was satisfactory but not great.

Great place

The location was great. Very clean property. Loved the fact it had all the necessities. Out of habit I bought extra items but they were not necessary. Had everything that was needed to enjoy the beach. Loved the quietness of the location and its easy access to other beaches, stores, and restaurants. Will definitely keep this place on our list for future travel.

We loved our Stay! 10/10 would rent again :)

The house was clean and a perfect location. It says a 10 min walk to the beach on maps but it was for sure shorter. The host was very communicative when I reached out about anything and the home was comfortable and felt very safe. The property has a wonderful backyard/patio space and a grill that we used! there were lots of items to cook with and beach supplies too. Overall such a great stay!

Good location

Location is great! Lots of dog hair and no mattress protectors on either bed which I would think would be standard for sanitary reasons.. otherwise the place served its purpose and was comfortable. Close walk to the beach and quiet street. Good communication and check in was easy.

Very nice quiet area! It's clean and the location is walkable to the coffee shop, ice cream store and close to resturants and the beach!!!

Indian Rocks Beach

Overall it was a pleasant stay. However, there is a rug in the living room that needs to be replaced due to one corner will not lay flat on the floor and could become a liability. Also the bathroom needs some deep cleaning. The scent of urine was present for the entire stay.

Great trip!

We loved our stay and the proximity to the beach. Bruce was very responsive and helpful. We loved that a wagon, skim board, beach umbrella, and other beach items were provided. Also the kitchen was great! We would definitely stay again!

Cute house, great location

Overall we had a great time. The house was clean and location was perfect. Bruce was easy to communicate with. We were disappointed that although the house advertised "fully fenced yard", it did not mention that it is a shared yard with another unit. Also it was not really fully fenced; we had to put something to block off one of the entrances. Other than that we were very happy.
