Playa Bonita y tenis está convenientemente ubicado justo al otro lado de la calle del Golfo. Este complejo de cinco edificios con diez plantas y dispone de ocho unidades por piso cada uno con vistas espectaculares que van desde los siguientes puntos de vista: Golfo, Patio, Piscina, Tenis, y Bay.
Con monedas de lavandería se encuentran en la planta baja de los edificios 1, 3 y 5. Esta unidad cuenta con wifi. El complejo ofrece dos piscinas climatizadas, varias áreas de parrillas, petanca, tejo y canchas de tenis y pickleball.
Situado en el décimo piso en la construcción de tres, esta eficiencia ofrece vistas de la bahía y una vista parcial del Golfo desde su privada protegidos por malla. Es un lugar tranquilo y lejos del tráfico. El condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada que está abierta a la sala de comedor y sala de estar con sofá cama y televisión. El área del dormitorio consta de una cama king size y vestidor. Está abierto a la sala de estar y comedor. El baño de este alojamiento tiene una cabina de ducha. La Bonita playa y tenis Club está convenientemente situado a poca distancia de tres restaurantes: Casa de playa de Doc y de coco Jack Waterfront Grill y una en el complejo.

Our week in Bonita Springs Condo

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay in this lovely 10th floor studio condo. Although there was construction being done on the lower level of the complex to recover from hurricane damage, it did not negatively impact our stay.

Beach lovers

The pools were not open but the owner was very upfront with us prior to our arrival. The location is right across the street from the beach and just a short walk away! We would highly recommend staying at Bonita Beach and tennis club. No tennis courts but one pickleball court is open and available.

Great location

Just what we needed. Great location, could walk to a couple restaurants and the beach if you want. Close to family we were visiting. Loved being on the top floor. Grounds are still recovering from hurricane damage, but we knew that ahead of time and it didn’t bother us. Condo itself was in great shape. Wonderful views. Dave was super helpful. Would stay there again.

Excellent location & Excellent views

Overall beautiful location and condo. The condo has excellent views of the beach and surrounding areas. You're literally just steps away from the beach. Wonderful location, very nice and cleanly condo. Water pressure in the shower was a little lacking - but that's to be expected when you're on the top floor - and a good trade off for the views. The owner, Dave, was extremely friendly and easy to get in contact with. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

We enjoyed a Spring Break stay at this beautiful condo during April! The condo is in a great location and is very close to the beach. We definitely enjoyed the beach and watched many beautiful sunsets. There are a couple of great restaurants close by -Doc’s and Coconut Jack’s. The condo is very clean and has everything that you would need for your stay. Since the condo is on the 10th floor, there is a great view out of the window facing the ocean and off of the lanai. The owner was great and we really enjoyed working with him! We can’t say enough good things about our stay. We highly recommend this condo and hope to be back soon!!

We had a wonderful week here. The condo is well equipped with everything we need, beautifully furnished, very clean, beautiful bathroom. Extra towels, paper products, laundry soap, beach chairs were all appreciated. The views on the top floor are great, and the location across from the beach the best! January weather can be a little cool in Bonita, but if you can wear shorts and take long walks without slipping on ice, it's good. The owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Clean senior rental in busy area

This efficiency condo was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and a lanai screen porch on the 8th floor of a busy corner in Bonita Springs. Two pools and tennis courts were available and the beach is an easy walk across the street. It is a senior building, with many activities such as bingo, cards, etc. While the apt. itself is accessible, the bathroom does not work for someone who uses a wheelchair. Having a shower chair would help in the bathroom, but the toilet is not workable unless someone has some mobility. There is a toilet downstairs that can be accessed, but not ideal. It is rather noisy and there is not a beach view in this unit. OK for elderly, not good for families, not very quiet with doors open for fresh air.

Perfect Location, clean and comfortable!

This is the second time I have rented this condominium and I will be returning for a third visit without a doubt! The owners are helpful and responsive. The bikes were a huge plus too!

Loved our stay, condo was clean, comfortable and just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Pools were warm, people friendly. Great communication with Dave and check in was a breeze, he sent everything we needed to know prior to arriving. Looking forward to our return, we love the area!

Living it up in the "Penthouse"

Everyday was was just like the day before..well appointed 10th floor unit..one could see the beautiful vistas for miles. Everything one needed for great days at the pool and beach..Comfy bed, clean and bright unit.. can't wait to put this unit under contract again..Owner made sure our stay was top notch..Thanks Dave..

Excellent value. Perfect for my husband and I. The unit was spotless. The owners provided clear,thorough nformation and were receptive to any questions. Bikes, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler were provided. Bonita Beach was right across the street Highly recommended!!! .

We are Dave and Sharon Reeves. We live in Bloomington, IL. I grew up there. Sharon was born in Charleston, SC but moved to the Houston area as a young child. We met in Winter Park, CO while skiing in 1977. We married in 1980 and have lived in Bloomington since while raising two wonderful daughters.

We had stayed on Ft. Myers Beach several times. We loved it there, but felt held captive by the traffic. In March of 2009, we were lucky enough to book a vacation to Bonita Springs and stayed at the Beach and Tennis Club. We made an offer on a second floor unit and it was accepted before we left for Illinois. In January of 2015, while vacationing, we discovered this 10th floor unit with views of the Bay and the Gulf and could not resist purchasing a second unit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This unit is on the tenth floor. The views very nice! The sunrises are beautiful! It is in a quiet spot in the complex-away from the traffic.
