“Sunset Breeze” is a 3- bedroom, 2- bathroom family home that has been loved and cared for by four generations! This treasured family home is wonderfully remodeled in a way that highlights the historic charm of this property while seamlessly blending modern conveniences and upgrades. If you are looking for a home away from home - you and your family will love this property!
This first level unit features beautiful hardwood floors that are original to the home, a comfortably furnished living area with flat screen TV, and a renovated galley kitchen that is stocked with all the kitchen essentials to assist with your meal prep. The private dining area is located off the kitchen and has seating for six people. Enjoy delicious homemade meals with loved ones surrounded by the glow of ambient natural light that flows through the wall-to-wall windows in the dining room. There is ample seating in the living room for socializing with friends and family during your vacation.
As you make your way past the living room and down the hallway towards the bedrooms, the hardwood floors are a subtle reminder of the history of this home and truly makes this property feel like “home”. The fully renovated hall bathroom features a fresh clean style, great lighting, and a large walk-in shower. A guest bedroom is across the hall and has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and is serviced by the hallway bathroom - a great room for the younger family members of your group! The second guest bedroom is furnished with a cozy full-sized bed and has convenient access to the hall bathroom.
At the end of the hall is the spacious master suite complete with a comfortable and welcoming king-sized bed. Guests of this room will enjoy the renovated private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the expansive back deck. The large deck is covered so that it can be enjoyed in any weather and is a truly peaceful setting! It’s a perfect spot for reading, outdoor dining with the family, or simply relaxing! There is a washer and dryer closet off the master for added convenience.
Located on the desirable South End or Wrightsville Beach this home is perfectly placed! Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean in the mornings, enjoy watching the south end kite surfers during the day, and catch dazzling sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway in the evening. It is a 3-minute walk to the famous Crystal Pier and Oceanic Restaurant, or you can stroll down the block and grab coffee and breakfast at SUNdays café. Don’t forget to stop by South End Surf Shop for your beach essentials! With everything just steps from your door you can park the car for the week, forget the hustle and bustle of your day-to-day life and get on island time.

Occupancy: 6 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Full, 2 Twin. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles. Please note that the carport is narrow and may not be suitable for large vehicles and SUV’s; measurements are as follows: 8'8" wide X 8 foot tall X 33'9" long. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Featured Amenities: Covered Parking, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, Ocean View, Sound View. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Excellent location
This property is in an excellent location for access to the beach and the intracoastal waterway. It’s a very short walk to both. It’s only a minute or two drive to restaurants and bars. And it’s only a few steps away from Sundays, an awesome little coffee shop. I will definitely stay here again.

Sunset House
The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The house was conveniently located for beach walks, morning coffee at Sundays and the Oceanic. It was an easy walk to the main area of town for shopping or eating. Having two outdoor seating areas was a bonus.

Great location and set up
This is great location and the setup of 3 bedroom, 2 baths, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private porch with table and chairs, parking for 3 vehicles, outside shower and did I saw location???
Rental agent was GREAT to communicate and really appreciate their responsiveness.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
My recommendation is add full length mirror, add a 3rd or 4th TV, extra towels and privacy lattice on the back porch.

Can't Beat the Location
About 500 steps to the beach with a wonderful location close to the Oceanic and Sundays Cafe. Loved that the sheets were plastic wrapped and clean for our use (versus just being laid out). House was clean with the exception of some utensils that were showing signs of rust...if you are going to cook here, bring cooking spray, your own pan, and plasticware :). Beds were comfortable and showers had good pressure. The outside shower is not much of a shower as it requires you to hold down the lever and water sprayed everywhere so didn't use it. The views from the front deck are spectacular with the sound on one side and the beach on the other. Definitely recommend!
