Lived Up To Expectations
The house is well maintained and very inviting. Our group of 6 totally enjoyed our stay over four nights. An extra bonus we discovered is that there are now 3 pickleball courts just a few minutes away. Be advised that if you decide to take advantage of the nearby Outlaw Golf Course, bring plenty of balls.

Beautiful townhome. Very clean. Very private. Fairly well stocked. WONDERFUL TVs in the main room and master bedroom. The location is relatively remote from Deer Valley and Park City. The drive to Deer Valley in the morning is 28 minutes. Lots of traffic on Kearns Blvd. Going home after skiing on Kearns is about 30 minutes. So, plan your trip accordingly. Still, it's worth the drive. It's only 12 minutes from the City Market on the off hours. The Overlook restaurant is 5 minutes away. Good food and great view. We will return.

Wonderful vacation
The town home was amazing. Very clean. Very spacious. Very private. Pretty well stocked. The televisions in the main room and the master bedroom we're amazing. The TV system was easy to operate which is a big deal to us. In lot of places you can't figure out how to turn the TV on. The master bedroom backs up to the freeway. So there is some road noise at night but it was tolerable. The location is somewhat remote. It is definitely not ski in and ski out. The drive to the supermarket in Park City is about 15 minutes. However, getting to the Deer Valley resort early in the morning takes about 30 minutes. Nevertheless the drive was worth the stay. The PMI and Evolve management teams were very responsive by telephone and text. They were all very helpful. We would definitely look forward to returning to this particular property in the future.

Beautiful Home, Very Comfortable
We had a wonderful trip, the house was great beautiful lake right there. We were happy with our experience but I think next time I would go through another service. Although the property was inexpensive a night by the time all the management services took there cut it was 3 times as much, for 2 nights. It was all a little confusing as to who the contact was...VRBO, The Evolve Team, Park City Management. I had a couple of questions I emailed with no response when I called I kept getting told I called the wrong place and this was who I needed to talk to. They all used different booking/confirmation numbers. The other thing to note if you're coming from out of state, they call the location...Hide Out, Deer Mountain, Park City and GPS said Daniel Utah. Again if you're not familiar with the area it was confusing.
