The property is on one level and revels in its simplicity. Key is the light that enters through a multitude of windows and bounces round the tall white open-plan living space. With delightful decor touches and a timber-look flooring, it's fresh and inviting.
The kitchen is very sociable with a generous island bench and 4 stools, and includes a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. This lovely home is set in a quiet street in Dolphin Point across the road from a reserve. Peace and tranquility prevail. Walk to Dolphin Point inlet, the foreshore and rock pools. Enjoy a swim, stand-up paddle boarding or a surf, or throw in a fishing line. The beauty of the inlet is its expanse of sand and the shallow water, perfect for little ones, but the surf is just beyond so everyone will be happy!
Just a pleasant 5 minute walk away is Burrill lake, offering further activities such as swimming, canoeing, fishing, and amenities like Lagom bakery, the Lakeside Cafe and Restaurant, the famous fish and chip shop and a local supermarket. On the way is a playground in Lion's Park.
If you fancy venturing further afield, Mollymook is a 10 minute drive away, offering another gorgeous beach, cafes and some iconic restaurants, and Milton, with its boutique stores, cafes, galleries and antique shops is only a 15 minutes drive. More mainstream amenities such as a larger supermarket can be found in Ulladulla, also a short drive away.
