Sand Cliffs 106 Thanksgiving

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We descended on Sand Cliffs with our extended family for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed having our own condo where we could hang out and relax at the end of a busy day. The living room is large and has plenty of room to spread out and relax. The couch is different from the pictures and we didn't find it all that comfortable. Aside from the couch, the pictures are accurate. The bedrooms are comfortable but the bathrooms are a bit small. We had an issue with wifi not working; however, it did not affect the quality of our stay. We had misgivings about staying on the 1st floor but it worked out perfectly. We loved not having to negotiate stairs or wait for the elevator. The new Publix down the road is a life saver - super convenient for anyone staying at Sand Cliffs. Also, Bruno's has become our favorite pizza place of all time - we are officially pizza-spoiled. Communication from the property management team was timely and appropriate (not too much and not too little). We would definitely stay here again.

Great 3 day weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay @ Sand Cliffs was a perfect weekend getaway for a mother/daughter trip. The rental company was easy to work with & they were even able to accommodate us for an early check-in. We were on the ground floor so it was easy just to walk right out to the pool & beach. The condo could use a lot of updating. The sofa was in very poor condition, we didn't even sit on it. Being on the ground floor,it was very dark and the lighting could be better (no ceiling lights or fans). Overall, the entire condo could use a complete makeover, but it was clean. The pool was nice, clean and the grounds were very well kept, but the pool was not refreshing. I guess that is why it was never crowded. I know it was July but it felt like a hot tub. We would definitely stay @ Sand Cliffs again but a different condo where you could see the ocean.

Lovely place with comfortable surroundings. Know that you need to take coffee pods for a Kerug coffee maker & that there is no W/D inside the condo - there is a community laundry on 4th floor. Very quiet place as many older people reside there. It is a gated community. There is a steep stairway down to the beach. Limited beach view as we were located behind the pool. Enjoyed it.

Enjoyed putting together the puzzle that was at the condo. Easy to call beach set up rental company. Kitchen furnished to cook, A regular coffee pot would have been nice, I didnt know they only had a keurig and I didnt have the k-cups to fit but no big deal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time with Sandcliffs is a great choice for the location to pool and beach. The unit was very clean and not any change from the previous year. We did have problems with the tub/shower drainage in the guest bathroom which drano did help a little,really needs a good plunging. The only recommenndation I have is maybe a sleeping sofa as it is difficult to put "couples" in the second bedroom and also a dining table that seats 6. The current sofa does allow overflow sleeping. Location very good for walking and restaurants

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay at this unit. There were a few small things that could easily be done to make it even better. For instance, there were 2 locked adult bikes in the 2nd bedroom that completely filled the closet. These were unable to be used because of the lock and we had to work around the storage issue. Also, the kitchen supplies need to be reviewed. We cooked pizzas on our first night and had no hot pads or dish towel to remove from the oven as well as no pizza cutter. The patio was full of unusable pool floats and toys that were either busted or had holes in them. Again, these were small issues but still a nuisance.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not the condo we originally had reserved. The first one was canceled by y’all and this one was all they had left. Also had another condo for my daughters family .Just like we have done the last 3 years. The carpet had a soiled spot when we arrived. That night had a water leak. Report it and they came and repaired the leak but did nothing about the carpet. We just covered it with a towel. 4 nights later had another water leak. Called it in when we checked out next mourning. Will not be staying here again! Let down and want be back!
