Beachfront luxury home with expansive deck, amazing views and BBQ patio!

This fully renovated, 1945 custom waterfront home will take your breath away. Vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen, media room and a heat pump to keep things cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. Sip coffee in the morning watching the sun on the waves from the living room. From the living room you walk directly out onto an 1100 sq ft. multi-tiered deck facing the ocean. From there, you can walk directly onto the beach using our private access. The built-in BBQ is on the side patio also has an outdoor heated shower to rinse off the ocean after a day on the beach. Close to picturesque towns and more walking/biking trails than you can imagine, this oasis is waiting for you.

Friends get away

This is one of the most beautiful vacation properties you could ever ask for. Situated right on the beach with beautiful sunrises each morning. The layout is perfect for entertaining with the kitchen and eating/dining living room all connected. Top notch appliances and beautiful high end furnishings to relax. It is decorated out of a house and home magazine The owner went above and beyond to communicate everything and was very helpful. We will be back

Amazing property for family vacation

Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids aged 5 and below had an amazing time at the beach house. The updated property was well suited for our stay, the outside living space is literally perfect, with accommodation for every type of outdoor activity (active, relaxing, sleeping, reading a book or playing soccer or catch with grandkids. The list of things they provide is endless, boogies boards, bikes, bocce, corn-hole, top quality bbq, marshmallow roasting sticks, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. etc. Inside is equally impressive with every need/want met. We are literally booking our return visit for next year as I write this. Thanks Barry and Sandra for a very memorable stay, your communication was flawless.

Golf getaway

We needed a central spot as we golf some neighbouring golf courses. This was a perfect place - enough room for 8 and amazing views and amenities. The information provided covered everything so we didn't need to ask alot of questions of our host. Would highly recommend this home.

Amazing stay

The house is exactly as the pictures represent. It can be whatever you need it to be. For us the escape to an ocean front house was exactly what we needed to relax. Rain or shine the house is comfortable to stay inside or enjoy the outdoor space. The sunrises are worth getting up for. The hosts are attentive and quick to respond if needed.

Beautiful property!

We were amazed by the ocean view as soon as we arrived. The property had everything we needed and communication with the host was a breeze! The kitchen was perfectly stocked and had everything we could hope for...a cook's kitchen! Lots of thoughtful touches & decor, and plenty of space for a group of 6. We enjoyed this property for a December getaway and plan to return in the summer. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful stay

We stayed at this property for our 3 day short vacation and had a fantastic time. The house Is beautiful and loaded with amenities and has anything that you may need for your stay there. Everything in the house is top notch and we would recommend the place to anyone who is looking for a home away from home on their holidays.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

Gorgeous property and location, excellent and responsive hosts with every amenity you could want. We all loved walking the beach with abundant marine life, especially our 4 year old. We will likely visit again, and for longer next time.

4 days at Barrsand!

This is a spectacular high end property! The decor is lovely, the outside decking and amenities are generously proportioned, and the grounds and beach access are wonderful. The host is very accessible and has considered every comfort for your stay! Our family reunion group of 10 included 4 children under 9. We had a terrific time and would not hesitate to come back!

Spectacular Home with Breathtaking Views

We've rented many vacation properties over the years and this home is simply the best! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the decor, the natural light, and the stunning ocean views from the expansive two-tiered deck. This property completely exceeded our expectations. The owners have thought of everything and have paid such close attention to detail: from the thoughtful welcome basket, to the surround sound music system, to the fully stocked spice rack, to games for the kids. The kitchen is very well-equipped with luxury appliances - and the BBQ is epic! We enjoyed many unforgettable meals together as a family around the beautiful dining table, followed by roasted marshmallows over the outdoor fire pit. The next day, a swim in the ocean was followed by a hot outdoor shower! The hosts are very responsive and accommodating, and the booking process was seamless. We cannot recommend this property enough - you won't want to leave at the end of your stay!

This family home has been renovated and updated to easily sleep up to10, allowing a large family or a few families to experience the ocean, views and island life in comfort.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have an expansive deck with areas designated for eating meals, sitting by the gas fire pit or lounging with a coffee or a glass of wine. From the deck you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Salish Sea, the views of the mainland mountains as well as passing watercraft.
Inside, the gourmet kitchen and vaulted ceilings in the living room will provide ultimate relaxation on days when going outside isn't on the agenda. The media room downstairs is a cozy place to hang out, play board games or watch TV.
If you enjoy swimming in the ocean, this is the perfect location. At low tide the sandy shore is revealed. A heated, outdoor shower for you to rise off is located by the side patio. A built-in gas BBQ is always available for you to use.
This home is a good central location for you to enjoy both summer and winter activities.
