Summary:
Everything You Need! is a 1 bed one bath home located centrally in Wichita. This full apartment is 5 minutes to Old Town, downtown, the river, Delano District and all the main Hospitals. Located in a quiet neighborhood just south of Kellogg Ave right off of Hillside, this unit is cozy and ready for your stay. Has parking behind the unit in the alley behind the garage and on street parking in front of the unit.

The Space:
Cute one bed and one bath apartment with a full kitchen and separation between living areas and the bedroom. Great for a work trip or a quick get away!

Guest Access:
We use Electronic Locks with new codes generated for each guest.

The Neighborhood:
Located between the Longview and Fabrique neighborhoods this 1/2 a duplex is quiet and easy to get anywhere in town in minutes!

Other Things to Note:
10 minutes from all major highways in Wichita.

The house is just as it is online. Very clean, and in a very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend. Communication with the host is also great, quick to answer, very helpful and understanding.

For the short stay it was ok. Was missing a few things. No closet or Chester drawer space to put clothes. No washer or dryer.. and the air conditioner was too small.The living room and kitchen were hot during thae

Sorry about the ac, I will definitely get that looked at. The unit isn’t advertised with a washer and dryer so not sure where the disconnect was on that. Thank you for staying
